Chapter 7:

"I want you to help me..",Lukas explained.
"Help you with what?!",Emil asked sceptically.
"Tino and Berwald."
"Huh?What's with them?",I asked confused.
"Well..didn't you know?They had a fight and broke up..",Lukas answered monotonously.
"Don't tell me you didn't notice that up until now.",Emil remarked dumbfounded,"Didn't you see that they never or barely talk to each other and that there always is a bad atmosphere between them?Jeez..you really are Mathias' sister..."
"I-I thought they just had a fight..I didn't realize that they broke up!",I commented,"That's terrible!"
"Do you know why they broke up,Lukas?",Emil asked.
"I don't really know..I just heard them screaming at each other..",Lukas answered,"Maybe Mathias knows something..."
"Really?I'm not so sure about that.",Emil stressed sarcastically.
"Or we could ask them ourselves..",Lukas suggested.
"As if they would talk about that..",Emil murmured.
"We could at least try..",I replied.
"What exactly do you want to do?Bring them back together?I already told Mathias that if they don't love each other anymore that's it.Furthermore Tino also likes somebody else..",Emil mentioned annoyed.
"I know..I didn't plan to bring them back together in the first place..I just want them to solve their problems and to be at least friends again...",Lukas answered calmly.
"Ok but let's ask Mathias first.",I stated."I don't want to leave him out!"
"Fine..Wait a sec!We still have these donkey heads!!",Emil pointed out.

We both looked at Lukas.

"Nope.",Lukas answered,"I won't turn you back to normal."

"Come on,Lukas!",we both begged.
"Oh it's already so late!We better hurry to Mathias.",Lukas said and went upstairs.

~Later~

*Knock knock*

"Mathias?",I asked.
"Yes,_______?What's up?",Mathias answered after opening the door.
Then he saw our donkey heads.
"Oh my god!Why do you have donkey heads?!It looks so hilarious!Hahaha don't tell me you read Lukas' diary because of this thing!",Mathias bursted out laughing.
"That's a long story which we don't want to talk about,big brother...",I remarked embarrassed.My brother really knows everything!
"Anyway..we need to ask you something..",Emil mentioned.
"Oh what's up guys?",Mathias asked confused.
"It's about Tino and Berwald.",Lukas stated.
"I see.Come in."

~Lukas explains our plan to Mathias~

"So you want to know why Tino and Berwald broke up?",Mathias wondered.
"Yes.",we all answered at the same time.
"Okay..well I don't remember everything but...",Mathias started.

~Mathias' flashback~

When I came back home from work I suddenly heard Tino screaming at Berwald.I first didn't want to eavesdrop but I really couldn't avoid it.(Cause he was screaming like hell!)Tino was crying.
"It's just that I have the feeling that you don't really love me!You're always so cold to me!Have you ever loved me?!",Tino accused Berwald.
Berwald was quiet at first.I think he was overwhelmed and didn't know what to say which wasn't really good though..but that's just his personality..he never says what he's thinking..Maybe that's what drove Tino crazy?

"Furthermore I never know what you're thinking!You also barely talk to me!Our relationship can't go on like that!",Tino shouted desperately.
"T'n'...'...(Tino...I...)",Berwald started to say but got interrupted by Tino:
"I can't stand it anymore!Now say it!Say you don't love me anymore!"
"T'n'!Pl''s' l'st'n t' m'!'t's n't l'k' ' w''ldn't l'v' y'' 'nym'r'!'t's j'st th't ' c'n't r''lly 'xpr'ss my f''l'ngs w'll.' d'n't w'nt t' h'rt y'' 'f ' s'dd'nly s'y s'm'th'ng ' d'dn't w'nt t' s'y.Th't's why ' k'pt b''ng q'''t!(Tino!Please listen to me!It's not like I wouldn't love you anymore!It's just that I can't really express my feelings well.I don't want to hurt you if I suddenly say something I didn't want to say!That's why I kept being quiet!)",Berwald responded.
"But you could have said those things!I'm sure that I wouldn't have been mad at you!But now...Berwald it can't go on like that!I don't want to be the only one who is proactive anymore!I think...I think we should break up!",Tino screamed,crying.
"Wh't?Why?Pl''s',T'n'!G'v' m' ' s'c'nd ch'nc'...' w'll ch'ng', ' pr'm's'!(What?Why?Please Tino!Give me a second chance...I will change,I promise!)",Berwald promised desperately.
I guess he nearly started to cry...
"I'm sorry Berwald..It's over.",Tino reciprocated and left the room.
