It had been 5 short days since I found I was pregnant. 5 days since I found out I'm growing a tiny human inside of me for the 9 months.

It feels so unreal. I have been waking up the past few days throwing up and it lasts for 30 minutes. I knew it was already gonna be a long journey but this is already a lot.

Jacob has been so good to me since he found out. He's been making sure to rub my back in comfort when I'm vomitting. He's been giving me food to make sure our baby and I have something to eat. He's just been an overall great support system and is already the best dad to our little baby.

He gets Grayson back today which means we can tell him he's gonna be a big brother. I know he won't fully understand but it's just gonna be a little onesie in his size that says "big brother coming January 2024🤍👶" something simple.

I was laying in bed after waking up. I didn't throw up this morning just yet but I can feel it coming. Jacob was still asleep, he had a pretty few rough days making sure I was okay before himself. It always makes me feel terrible but he says that he's fine so I choose to believe him then to argue about it.

I run my fingers through his soft brown hair and just lay there with him. He stirs in his sleep seconds later coming on top of me and with his hand buried in my neck making me shiver when his lips touch the skin of it.

"Good morning my love." He whispers kissing my neck lightly before lifting his head down to my stomach and putting his hand gently on it. "And good morning my little love." He says pressing sweet soft kisses to my stomach making my heart melt.

"Good morning handsome." I said softly looking down at him being so gentle in his kisses as if he's afraid he'll hurt me pressing his lips hard on my stomach. I continue to run my hands through his hair just feeling at peace in this moment with my little family.

"We got little Gray back today." I said in a whisper just thinking about little man. "I have a little plan on how to tell him he's gonna be a big brother." I said with a soft smile looking down at him as he looks up at me softly.

"Im sure whatever you have planned is perfect. He's gonna be the best big brother." He said with a small chuckle as he goes to talk to our baby. "Hey baby girl or boy. It's your daddy. Mommy and daddy don't know what you are yet, but I'm hoping for a little girl so you can be my little princess. You will have the most protective big brother. Whatever you are, I'm gonna be the best daddy, give you the world my little love. Daddy loves you already." He whispers to our little baby making me tear up.

"You're already the best daddy to our little angel." I said as I admire him in that moment. "I hope it's a boy so it doesn't have my attitude." I said laughing as he starts laughing against my stomach.

"A little Y/n would be hectic. I can picture you wanting to give up when she starts talking." He says laughing as I give him a look smacking his arm slightly.

"That's not funny." I said giving him a fake death glared causing him to laugh even more. Our laughter dies down as I softly sigh. "But whatever it is, I pray for a healthy and happy baby." I said as he nods immediately.

"A healthy and happy baby is what I pray for." He says in a smile kissing my stomach. I smile in awe.

"I can't wait to watch you become a dad to our little baby. This baby has the best daddy." I said chucking a little bit seeing him blush. "Your blushing!" I said in amusement as he pushes my hand away from his face getting up from on top of me.

"Hush. That's a one time thing." He says giving me a look as I raise my eyebrows.

"Sure. Whatever you say honey." I said as I get out of bed and walk into the bathroom behind him. We both grab our toothbrushes and brush our teeth together.
