May 9th, 2023.

I woke up as my body needed to stretch. It was 8:30. It was normal time for me. I felt the need to use the bathroom.

Jacob was still asleep, his hair all messy from sleep. Grayson was knocked out beside him. They both looked peaceful making me admire them for a split second before darting to the bathroom.

I did my business and stood in front of the mirror. We need to go on a vacation. Just Jacob, Tyler, Whitney, and I. Just the four of us. Grayson would be going back to his mom's today.

I walked back in our room getting my phone off my charger checking too see if they both were still asleep, which they was. I softly closed the door of our bedroom and made my way to the couch.

I went to my FaceTimes and pulled up Whitney's name. I pressed the ft button with a yawn still tired from the lack of sleep. Baby girl doesn't like me sleeping whatsoever.

She answered on the 2nd beep. "Hey lovey" she said as she was stood at the stove making her some breakfast instantly making my stomach growl.

"Hey Whit" I said with another yawn and she smiled softly flipping the eggs in the pan on the stove before smoothing butter on the toast she made.

"My niece keeping you and Yaycub up all night?" She said with a teasing look making me groan and run my hand down my face exhausted.

"You have no idea. Jacob's still in our room asleep, i should still be asleep but I had to stretch and pee." I said as I watched her make breakfast effortlessly.

She looks at me and chuckles. "I'm gonna have to give her a little lecture when she's born. Talk to sense into letting mommy and daddy some real sleep." She said making me chuckle.

"Sounds so good right about now. But I actually called you because I wanted to ask you something." I said and she stopped smoothing the butter on the toast and looked straight at me on her end making me laugh.

"Okay. What's up?" She asked giving me her full attention but still making sure she didn't burn the eggs.

"Are you up for a vacation?" I asked with a smile on my face as she gives me a look basically saying fuck yeah.

"Um yes." She says as she puts enough amount of eggs on plates for her and Tyler. "What are we talking? Paris? Virgin Islands?" She started naming places but i had one specific place in mind.

"The Bahamas." I said as a smile immediately spreads across her lips as she takes a bite of her toast making me chuckle.

"Hell yes im so down." She says as Tyler comes into the frame reaching for his plate and smiles at me.

"Hey lifesaver" he says waving at me then kissing the top of Whitney's head making both of us smile at him.

"Hey asshole" I said chuckling as I got up and let the dogs out to pee and do their business. "I was just talking about going on vacation." I told him and his face lit up at just the word.

"Where we talking?" He says shoving some toast into his mouth and i smile wide.

"The Bahamas." I said and his jaw dropped making Whitney cover her mouth laughing.

"I'm down" He said as he sits next to Whitney positioning himself to where he's fully in the frame with her.

I run my fingers through my hair as I nod. "Grayson goes home to his mom today so we can book a trip after that." I told them as they nodded along finishing their breakfast.

"Jacob still asleep?" Tyler asked making me nod with a chuckle.

"Baby girl's keeping us up night and she's not even born yet." I said as he nods drinking his sweet tea.
