Tanner-

"...it's a bikini wonderland!" I sang. "Summer's on, and we've gone, surf surf crazy!" I've noticed every time I sing this song, I get more and more bored. I guess it's because I know I'm in a movie. But I know I have to go along because the rest of the crew doesn't know that. Only Lela and I do.

I knew everything that was gonna happen. From all the surfers getting out of a small red truck and singing on a beach to all the bikers and surfers singing Best Summer Ever.

I sat on a table at Big Mama's watching the surfer's and biker's arguing. I knew every line they were to say between Butchy and SeaCat.

"I'm so very sorry but that might probably not happen!" After Butchy said his lines, I made my way and pass the surfers mumbling an "Excuse me" repeatedly.

"What?" Instead of giving a confused expression to Butchy, I gave him a bored expression along with the tone of my voice.

"I'll show you what." I mouthed the words to Butchy's lines he said.

I half-smiled as I saw Lela stand next to the Jukebox. Same as me, she was also bored. She twisted her hips and bumped it on the Jukebox and music filled my ears. I never got tired of seeing Lela.

"You better run, run, run. Here we come, revving our engines under the sun," Butchy sang. I made sure no one saw me as I hid behind a small table booth. That was where Lela and I would always meet before her part of the song came.

"I think I can be the next Butchy just because I know every dance move and lyrics." I joked once I saw Lela climb on her side of the booth.

"I don't know," she muttered obviously very bored. "I just wish things change, you know? Like, I wanna change the movie again but I can't. When my friends find out we're all just made up characters from a movie, they'll be so disappointed."

"Why don't we do stuff together we usually don't do in the movie? Like surf together." I leaned in closer so no one can hear us. "But don't tell anyone."

"That's perfect Tanner!" Lela rejoiced. I smiled proudly at myself.

"Ooh, it's my turn!" I watched as Lela hurriedly went to he position and sang.

"Ok, like this," I said guiding Lela on the surfboard.

"I think I got it," She said letting go of my hand. She carefully balanced on the surfboard.

She turned around and gave me a quick smile. I smiled back.

"So what do I do now?" Lela asked looking around at the water. It had waves enough to surf. It was better to surf now than later. Les Camembert had a malicious plan to stop all the waves so there will be no more surfers to go to this beach. Then he'll turn this beach into a resort parking. Usually the bikers and surfers will make up and stop the weather machine and we end up happily ever after.

"Mm, just paddle your way to a wave. When you think you're ready, stand up and ride it."

Lela nodded and looked around some more. There was a wave nice enough to surf. She paddled her way to the wave. But as she stood up, she fell.
