"Clop clop clop" guard boots clopped through the halls of Wayfield "Welcome New Patient to Wayfield Asylum please follow all the instrutions so that your stay may be a pleasant one." The telescreen had the warden speaking about how this place was great but clearly they don't show you the rules that are on the walls of the Cell Blocks the rules read:
1. All Inmates must hand over their belongings, failure to do this will result in a strip search with all clothing off.
2. All inmates must wear their uniforms when out of their cells Failure to comply will result in your clothes to be taken and to spend the night in your cell naked Gender does not matter both genders will receive the same treatment.
3. All inmates must take showers every other day Failure to do so will result in a force showering where you are stripped hosed down.
4. No inmate shall come in contact with the opposite gender failure to comply will result in both genders to be put in solitary confinement.
5. No inmate shall have any electronic device in their cell or with them at any time. Failure to do so will result in their device to be taken and for them to be put in the pit
6. All inmates in the extremely dangerous wing shall have no contact with visitors nor shall they be taken to the lunch room or go out to the rec yard.
7. All inmates that have etheir physically, mentally, or sexually abused any inmate shall be put in the pit for 6 months with no sound, or sight with only a limited amount of food.
8. Any Inmate that disobeys any of these rules shall be met with extreme force. Rules may change.
The list was frightening to new inmates because now that they were in Wayfield they barely got any contact with the outside world. Your life and personality was taken from you and you were no longer human. The pit was the worst place to be, in there you were treated like an animal you were bound in chains and for some they were to have masks that made them neither see nor hear. Which meant they were vulnerable to whatever came to them. Solitary Confinement was a padded cell with blood on the walls and the only available light was from a small slit in the wall. Wayfield was a place of terror, it was made to scare the inmates into behaving or to completely go insane. The rec yard was a field surrounded by rows of fences topped with barbed wire. The only time I was ever let out was if I was good enough. The medical facility was always noisy with screams of patients getting stabbed with medical tools. No one ever wanted to be there. First thing that happens when you get to Wayfield is decontamination where you get hosed down with powerful shower nozzles. Next thing is the medical examination, where you get examed from up and down. Your clothes are taken and you receive a internal and external examination making sure you have nothing on you and nothing in you. Third is the confiscation of belongings, everything is taken except a wedding ring. Everything clothes, shoes, purses, anything they find suspisious. My cell #27 was in EDP or Extremely Dangerous Prisoners, the room was padded and the bed had belt restraints I had to drink water everyday to breathe but I could survive without water for a long time. The room was dark and only lit with a single light bulb hanging from the ceiling. My name is Matthew Bullock and I am a patient at Wayfield at Wayfield I'm called the Sharkman because of my disease. I am 15 years old and today I am going to make my escape. Clop, clop, clop "Alright here's the cell, do you have the meat?" said the guard "Yeah I got it" the guard threw in the big meat leg "Here's your food inmate eat up!" shouted the guard and he walked away.
