Matthew ran to the police station, and put his materials on the table. He began to work on his machine. "This machine will help me get of this deformity" he said. He turned on the machine and it zapped him. "He grew more taller to 17ft. "Dammit! The machine didn't work." He said with a angry growl. "I must try harder. Hmm maybe I can grab some supplies under water." With that he walked to the nearest lake and swam through the water. He searched for supplies on the ocean floor from beer bottles to garbage. But as time went on more and more did Matthew become inhumane. He became more animal then human. He grew angry at the humans.
He ate more and more meat like raw fish from the lakes. His mom never cared for him, when he was born his mother was so horrified of what she saw that she couldn't believe it was her baby. She registered him to Wayfield and left. He never saw her again. For 8 years he waited for her. But in time he knew she wouldn't come to get him and he forgot about her. Matthew began feeding on any meat he could find but only ate humans if he had to. He hated the taste of their flesh and never grew fond of them. He instead killed humans with his strength throwing them into walls. He struck fear into the hearts of gangs and scavengers. The new gangs that saw him thought he was a beast from hell. They were loyal to him, it was almost as if Matthew had his own kingdom and he was the king. But he wanted more than just them he wanted more people to be like him so he devolped a secret project. One that would shock the world and Keith himself. Matthew changed himself and the world around him. Since most of his goons knew where he worked he wanted a place all to himself where no one could find him. So he dug built a fortress underwater, it was located in the Japan Sea so the natives called it サメの洞窟 meaning "cave of sharks." Sharks would live there with him which is how it got its name. There he built his secret project for the next coming years. This would be his rise.
