Things have gone well, I can't lie that I am missing you. It's tough to sleep most nights, knowing that your not there by my side. But I get by, also my comrade and friend Brendan says "Hello," I guess that's all he's got. God damn flirt he is. I know you love me, and I can't wait to come home. Take care of our little miracle, and make sure he knows ALL about daddy and how daddy is a hero.

I'm so glad to hear from you in that last letter, and I wish you so much luck. I read your letter out loud so our little miracle could hear it, I'm getting bigger. Ha. Your sister Blake says if I get any bigger I might burst, she's got a hell of a sense of humor. I'm sure you know, having grown up with her. Please stay safe baby, I'll see you when you come home. I promise! I'll be waiting right there at the airport terminal! I love you soooo much!
