I'll be using a grade system with tidbits of specific information sometimes to help you understand the significance of them. I believe examples are a necessity here, so I'll provide some!
When it comes to strength, the lowest grade 'F-' are people who lift less than 700 pounds, while the highest grade 'S++' are given to those who can lift several times or more of the Earth's weight of 13 septillion pounds.
Durability is usually tied to an individual's strength, but it's not always the case at all. The lowest grade 'F-' is an indication that a barehand attack from a human being with no training whatsoever could be lethal, while 'B' is an indication of being immune to standard Earth military weaponry including nukes.
Speed is the measurement of movement using miles per hour. Anything lower than 'D-' is slower than 100mph, while someone who has the grade of 'C+' has speed that reaches the threshold of the Speed of Sound. ]
