Breathing

Another day in the life of me, Dkeen.
Let's talk about sharpie markers, air fresheners, candles, and just about anything else with a fragrance or strong odor. They make my chest very tight and hard for me to breathe. I've been told it's asthma but I don't feel like it is. I don't need the assistance of an inhaler as the difficulty (USUALLY) goes away after I'm away from the smell. Now I'm not saying that I'm 100% sure it's not asthma, but maybe it's some other breathing problem. Who knows. All I know is, my doctor told me it's nothing to worry about.

-But Dkeen, if it's nothing to worry about, why are you addressing it?
Because I want to include anything and everything about me in this diary except for my identity and the identities of my family/friends.

Anyway, the tight feeling starts in the top of my lungs and moves to my entire lungs, making it feel as if my lungs are trying to shrink past the amount a lung is capable of (if that makes sense). It makes my whole chest sore and can take some time to stop. I believe the longest period of time it has lasted was six to eight days.
It doesn't cause anything like wheezing or rapid breathing but I do tend to breathe deeper.
That's pretty much it for now. I'll continue writing soon, I'm sure.
