Jake's point of view:
Ayden grabbed my hand and pulled me to the backyard and laid blankets and everything down, after he laid everything down he laid down and motioned for me to come to him, I hesitated and he seemed to notice,
Jack? What's wrong?
Nothing...just I'm sorry Ayden I said while laying next to him and looking up at the stars,
Jake I've already told you it's fine, I love you he said kissing my forehead and pulling me closer to him,
I love you too I said before falling asleep.
Ayden's point of view:
I looked over to see Jake asleep, so I slowly got up and walked into the house to go talk to my mom
Ayden's mom point of view: (bet u didn't expect this BOOM)
I was walking to the backyard to tell Ayden and his....boyfriend? that I was sorry and they can come back in just don't ever do what they did again when I heard footsteps of somebody, probably Ayden.
Mom? Is that you?
Yeah Ayden we need to talk I said trying to sound as sincere as possible
Mom, I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner, I was just waiting for the right time and I'm sorry you had to find out that way I saw a tear drip from his eye,
Ayden, honey I'm not mad at you for being gay or dating him, I'm just weirded out that I walked in on that and you should know better, but now it doesn't matter what happened, happened, just don't do it again, okay?
Okay mom I'm sorry, can we come back in now?
Of course you guys can, but don't think you got off easy there still will be a punishment
Okay mom Ayden said walking away
Ayden's point of view:
I walked back outside and picked up Jake and wrapped him in the blankets and carried him back to my room and layed him down on the bed and crawled in next to him and before I knew it I fell asleep.
Jake's point of view:
I woke up and realized that we weren't in the backyard we were in Ayden's bedroom, I looked over at the clock and it said 10:12, then I just remembered it was Ayden's birthday, so I slowly got up making sure not to wake him up and walked down to Ayden's mom's room and knocked
Jake? Is everything okay? She asked worried
Yeah everything's okay just I'm not a good cooker and I wanted to make breakfast for Ayden
That's very thoughtful of you sweetie, I'll help you okay?
Thanks I said smiling and we made our way to the kitchen to make breakfast for Ayden before he woke up. After about half way through we heard noises upstairs, I looked at Ayden's mom frightened
Don't worry I'll finish up here, go keep him occupied and in about 30 minutes come back down and we'll set everything up and you can bring it to him she said laughing
Okay, thanks I said smiling before walking away and hopefully he'll like the gift I got him.
Ayden's point of view:
I rolled over to find that Jake wasn't there, I got up and looked at the time, 10:36, where was he? I was about to call out his name when I heard the door open, I looked over to see Jake walking in,
There you are, I was starting to wonder where you ran off to I said laughing, he hugged me and said happy birthday before kissing me on the cheek and pulling away
You remembered? I said happily
Of course, how could I forget, I love you he said before walking into the closest and pulling out a box
I love you too I said as he gave me the box, I opened the box and inside was a necklace with a flame inside a circle and it appeared to be moving, it looked so real (and no to those who are wondering it's a manly necklace not a girly one)
Thank you so much Jake, I love it I said pulling him into a hug
I'm glad you like it he said smiling
I'm gonna go take a shower Jake I'll be right back I said walking away.
Jake's point of view:
When I heard the shower start I walked down to the kitchen to see if everything was done and sure enough it was but I couldn't find Ayden's mom anywhere, so I went to go grab the breakfast and bring it up to Ayden when I saw a note; Jake I went out to the store to buy Ayden his birthday present I'll be home in about an hour or more and also tell Ayden as his punishment he can't go to prom, sorry.
After I read the note I put it away in my pocket so I could show it to Ayden later and walked back up to the room just in time to see Ayden walking out of the bathroom,
Ayden, your mom and I made you breakfast I said holding the stuff out to him he smiled and took it setting it on his desk,
Thanks Jake he said kissing me
While you eat I'm gonna go take a shower I said laughing and walking away.
Ayden's point of view:
While Jake was in the shower I sat down and started eating after about 5 minutes I was full and there was a lot more left, I'll give the rest to Jake, my phone started ringing

Prom's tomorrow Ayden are you excited!?!
Of course I am I can't wait, Jake asked me to go to prom with him I said smiling
Omg congrats Ayden I can't wait to see you there

Ha thanks Wayne, I gotta go guys Jake's just getting out of the shower
Ooooooooo they both said in unison
Shut up I said while laughing and hanging up right as Jake walked out.
Jake's point of view:
After I was done getting dressed I pulled the note from Ayden's mom out of my pocket, man I really didn't wanna be the one to tell Ayden we can't go and I really wanted to go it was gonna be so special, it was all my fault, tears started coming down and I wiped them away quickly before walking out of the bathroom,
Jake are you okay? Ayden asked worried, I didn't say anything, all I did was hand him the note, he read it and sat down on the bed,
I...I'm sorry I really wanted to go with you and I ruined everything I said and before I could stop it tears rolled down my eyes and I started crying,
Hey, baby it's okay, it doesn't mean our night has to be ruined and you didn't ruin it don't worry, I love you he said as he pulled me to him and hugged me close,
We'll still have a good time we don't have to go to prom to have a good time we'll think of something okay? Ayden said as he kissed my head, he always knew how to make me feel better, I loved him and nothing will ever change that.
(Sorry if you guys wanted to see the prom part but I didn't know how to write it and if I did it would have been boring, so I'm not writing it sorry).
