(Beca's POV)

I knew I was supposed to be paying attention to Aubrey. Aubrey was telling me something very important about how I need to stop coming in late for rehearsals, but when Chloe wore those leggings to practice it was hard to stare at anything but her butt. "Beca! Are you even listening to me?" Aubrey snapped.

"Yeah, totally. Every word is in my head." I lied. Aubrey gave me a glare then motioned for me to join the rest of the girls for cardio. I have been in this acapella group for a total of two months now, and so far the only good thing to come of it was Chloe. Chloe and I started getting along right away, and before we knew it our friendship went way farther than we expected. I caught up with her and she gave me a small smile. "Hey, are you still coming over tonight?" I whispered, not wanting the rest of the Bella's to hear.

"Definitely. Wouldn't want to miss our nightly rendezvous." Chloe winked. I ran a bit faster, wanting to get my ten laps over and done with, everyone else was already on two so I had to catch up. I saw Fat Amy hiding in the seats and I couldn't help but let out a laugh which earned a glare from Aubrey. I quickly turned my laugh into a cough and continued my cardio.

When rehearsals finally ended, and we were sitting for Aubrey's after rehearsal speech, Chloe gave me the look to say she wanted to talk before I left. I nodded and looked back at Aubrey. "I know that this is challenging, but if you girls don't step up your game there is no way we'll be able to beat the Treble's. I need you all to work harder, especially you Beca."

"Me? What did I do?" I asked, getting defensive.

Aubrey rolled her eyes "Oh don't act like you haven't been extremely checked out this past month. It's as if you don't even care about the Bella's at all."

"Bree, chill. I'm sure Beca is probably just having a hard time adjusting to college life. You and I did when we were freshmen. Give her time, let her figure herself out." Chloe told her. "Calm down, don't let things build up too much."

Aubrey took a deep breath and glared at me. "Fine. End of rehearsals, get some rest." The girls fled from the auditorium and all that was left was Aubrey, Chloe, and I. "Chlo, can you lock up? I have to get going."

"Yeah of course." Chloe nodded and took the keys from Aubrey, Aubrey glanced at me before giving Chloe a smile and leaving the room. Chloe looked at me and placed her hands on her hips. "What am I going to do with you, Mitchell?"

"Well I know what you're gonna do with me tonight." I smirked. Chloe giggled and shook her head. "Seriously though, why the fuck does Aubrey have it out for me?"

"She doesn't have it out for you, she just thinks you're a little... different than what she's use to." Chloe tried. "I know she can be rough, but she's just got the Bella's best interest in mind."

"Yeah, well she's getting on my last nerve." I sighed. "And what is with that shitty song? Seriously, we're never going to beat the Treble's if we don't get rid of that song and make a new arrangement from this century."

"You seem really tense. Do you need a back rub?" Chloe offered. I shook my head and sighed. "Listen, this is your first rodeo. I've been dealing with Aubrey for years. I love Aubrey to death, she's my best friend, and I've learned that to be on her good side, you go along with whatever she wants."

"What if what she wants if for you to hate me?" I asked. Aubrey seemed to want me dead, I can't imagine how she feels about Chloe and my friendship. I would pay to see her reaction if she ever found out that Chloe and I are fuck buddies.

Chloe took a deep breath "That is the one time Aubrey won't win." Chloe gave me a wink and grabbed her stuff. "Anyways, what I wanted to say to you, is that you need to get on Aubrey's good side or you will be out of the Bella's before our next gig. Agree with whatever she says, do as she asks, and pay attention to her when she is talking to you. Got it?"

"Got it." I nodded. Chloe gave me a wink before pressing me to the piano. "Hey, hey, we're in public!" I laughed.

Chloe kissed at my neck, sucking and biting occasionally. I ran my hands into her back pockets and gave her ass a nice squeeze. My hands roamed her body as she attacked my neck for a while, until we heard the auditorium doors open. Instantly we detached ourselves from each other. Chloe began filing through sheet music and I started stacking chairs, when Fat Amy walked into view.

"Hey there aca-bitches." Fat Amy said. "Forgot my bag." Amy went to the other side of the room and grabbed her bag, swung it over her shoulder, and gave us a wink. "Carry on." She walked out the doors and Chloe and I stared at each other.

"She didn't... See anything, right?" Chloe asked.

I shook my head. "No way. She couldn't have, you and I were very careful." I grabbed my stuff and Chloe grabbed hers. "From now on, just to be safe, let's stick to the only in the bedroom rule, okay?"

Chloe and I left the auditorium and she locked up behind us. "So I'm meeting you in your dorm tonight." She asked for confirmation.

"Indeed." I smirked. "Kimmy-Jin is on some trip with the Korean Student Union for the next week. My room is open till next Saturday."

Chloe took a deep breath and licked her lips. "Perfect."
