Kian's POV

"Did you lock them in?" I questioned, as Jc walked hastily out of the large room, the one our hostages were being kept in. He nodded his head, and handed me the key, before walking back into the kitchen area, the place we were currently occupying.

"Have you heard from Rick yet? When does he want the money?" Sawyer was pacing nervously, his face now more shattered than ever before, as the stressful days took it out of him. I looked at my phone briefly, checking for a missed call, and shook my head as I saw the completely blank screen.

"I hate the feeling of the unknown Kian, why is he leaving us like this." Jc, had sat down at the table, and was searching through his phone for updates on the news. I could see the headlines increasing, all of them talking about the missing boy, and I could see it was worrying him, all of us in fact.

"I have a feeling it's part of his plan." I muttered, watching as the boys raised their eyebrows in pure confusion.

"What plan?" They asked.

"Well, money or not, he wants to punish us. The last guy who paid him late was tricked by him, and sent to jail. I read about the dude in the paper last year!" I was shaking my head in a worried tone, and I watched as Jc ran to the window.

"What is it?" Sawyer asked him, looking at his eyes widen, as he peered through the kitchen curtains, now all shaky as he leant upon the windowsill.

"I-I think he's here." He stuttered, jumping behind me as I looked outside.

I gasped as I saw a light grey Ferrari, revving its engines as it parked on the country lanes. The place we were in was a desolate, abandoned area. My mind was baffled, and I felt my own hands shake as I saw the car door open.

"Are you going to let him in?" Sawyer quivered, getting a secret look at the older man, as he walked with his two assistants, the two people that were buff and muscly, easily able to kick my ass.

"Of course I'm going to let him in you idiot." I snapped, straightening my collar, before hiding the stash of money behind the cupboard. "Whatever you do, don't tell him about the bank robbery, and certainly not the hostages. He wants the money, not a backstory."

"My mouth is shut." Jc, gulped, pulling sawyer down to sit with him. It was my job to let the hellish man in.

"How did you find us?" I smiled, as he filed into the cottage. "We are literally in the middle of no where man!" I had shook away my anxiety, and acted untouchable, as he grabbed my shoulders.

His dark brown eyes intimidated me, and his sly smirk was one of status, as he proved he was bigger than my thin form.

"You didn't think that we weren't watching your every move, you and your little possy!" He laughed, watching as his men stood behind my friends.

"You mean you know about-" I stuttered, holding onto the sides of the table.

"Yes we know about your little bank heist, and some body you smuggled into the back of that crappy van of yours." He shook his head and rolled his eyes, his men now grabbing the scruff of my neck.
