Chapter 3: Logan's P.O.V

First Friday of School

The first bell signalled us to go to our form rooms, so I headed up the english stairs.

I saw Melissa on the way, I smiled.

"Logan!" Blake shouted

"What do you want" I muttered

"What's the deal with you and Scarlett?"

"None of your business.. Leave me alone" I said as I carried on walking

"Not really possible... I'm in your form?"

"Whatever"

And I rushed off..

I came into form before the 2nd bell and considered sitting on the empty seat on Blake's table.. I reconsidered and got another chair and placed it next to Sofia.

I daren't to look at anyone, because they will ask what's up.. Especially Scarlett..

Speaking of the devil, she rushed into the form room like there was no tomorrow.

I glanced in her direction and saw her sit next to Blake. Great.

I kept on looking down, unnoticed,
until she spoke to me.

"Hey.. Lo? You didn't text me last night?" She said sadly

I looked at her in the eyes and I could see that she was hurt.

"I just thought that your new boyfriend would keep you company" I answered angrily.

She can't play the innocent card.. She's the one who's moved on.

"Logan.. He's-"

I cut her off

"He's not your boyfriend, I get it... See you in Pe.."

Pe was fun, it took my mind off Scarlett.. I just didn't get why she was so upset.. She confuses me.

"Logan! Wait up! What's the matter with you?" She shouted

I stopped and pivoted round to face her..

"Nothing" i replied bluntly, adding a big smile.

"I know something's up, just tell me?"

"Maybe you're mistaken" I replied

I walked away and left her, what was the point.. She knew what was up with me..

I walked into my english class and sat down next to Melissa.

"Hey, you looking forward to watching Romeo and Juliet?"

"Yeah" she giggled

Our teacher turned the film on and we all sat there in silence..

When the film ended I turned to Melissa.
