Chapter 5

Scarlett's P.O.V

I walked out of the class laughing with Logan, we had such a good lesson. I was so happy that I finally had Blake and Logan as my close friends.

We walked out, linking arms until someone called my name.

"Scarlett?"

"Yeah?" I said confused, Blake was never usually this nervous.

I let go of Logan's arm to listen to what Blake wanted to say.

He held my hands slowly and asked.

"Scarlett, will you be my girlfriend?"

What?.. What just happened?

He's.. Asking me to be his.. Girlfriend? I thought he didn't like me?

I was waiting for him to add that it was a joke.. But he never did.

I must of been thinking for ages because He then said "it's okay if you don't want to, we can still be friends.. Nothing will Cha-"

"Yes" I cut him off.

I smiled at Blake and brought him into a hug.

"It was just a shock, I didn't expect you to ask me"

"It's fine, I didn't expect you to say yes"

After a while of holding my new boyfriend, I looked around for Logan, but he was nowhere to be seen.

"I need to go find Logan.."  I stuttered before kissing him on the cheek.

As I walked off I heard Tom say something, but I ignored it.

I searched all over until the canteen was the only place left.

And there he was, sat with Melissa and her friends.

"Logan.. Can we talk?" I asked unsurely.

"We have nothing to talk about" he said without even looking at me.

"Please Logan.."

"What do you want from me?" He said sharply.

I was about to answer before he interrupted me.

"You've got Blake now, I'm just your little lapdog or whatever.. "

"Logan why are you being like this?"

"I'm not being like anything? I'm allowed to have a life.. Talk to other people other than you. Just please.. Leave me alone"

I opened my mouth to talk but realised it was no use, so I walked away.

I sat in class, in a daydream, waiting to go home.

"Scarlett?"

"Mhmm?"

"Are you okay..?"

I clicked out of my thoughts and turned to my left to face Nicole.

"Oh.. Yeah I'm fine thanks"

I faked a smile and looked back at the front of the class.

"I know you're not Scarlett, just come here and give me a hug"

Nicole awkwardly put her arm around my shoulders and pulled me towards her.

"Thanks, it's just this whole Blake and Logan dilemma, I have no idea what to do anymore.." I sighed.
