cody and i haven't talked in about a week, which was when he just disappeared. i don't know what i said or did, but i guess i drove him away..
it was kind of strange sitting in my english class and not being able to look over to my right and see cody fidgeting with his rings or pen.
"hey, what are you looking at?" courtney lightly hit my arm while we were standing in the front of our school talking to dumb jocks that always tried to get with us.
"nothing, nobody." i replied, walking to my car only to have somebody follow right after me.
when i got to my cherry red slug bug convertible i attempted to unlock the drivers door when i was spun around and pushed up against the door.
"hey babe" alex, one of the schools biggest jocks smirked, putting one hand above my shoulder on the car and the other on my waist.
"alex, leave me alone. you know i don't fall for jerks like you" i sarcastically smiled and pushed him out of the way so i could get in the drivers seat.
i slammed the door and locked it before driving off and going straight to the starbucks near by, of course.
when i got there i ordered the usual then sat down on my phone. i texted cody.
to cody herbinko - hey, where have you been?
and he never replied.
