Lucario's Will

The Lasting Bond

John quickly opens his front door of the house and walks in. He looks down to see Jenny's shoes placed on the rug. He quickly takes his shoes off and walks to the kitchen. Lucario and Luxio follow him, as he's looking for Jenny and his mom. He yells out his moms name, but there was no response. Lucario senses some aura coming from the backyard. He walks to the door to the backyard, and sees Johns mom and Jenny talking, sitting on a table.

Lucario walks to John and taps him. "Hey Lucario, what is it?" John says to Lucario. It points to the door of the backyard and walks to it. "Reh Reh (They're in the backyard!)" Lucario says, as he keeps pointing. John looks at the door and walks to it. "The backyard?" He looks through the window and see his mom and Jenny! "Oh hey, there they are! Thanks Lucario!" He says, smiling and patting his shoulder. Lucario smiles and opens the door for John.

"Hey Jenny! It's been a while!" I say, as I approach her. "Yeah, like what a month or two? Eh, whatever I missed you!" Jenny says, going up to John and giving him a hug. Lucario looks at them hug, and could barely look at them hug, so he walks away. Luxio turns to see Lucario walk away and follows him.

(Pokemon Language)
"Hey Lucario you okay?" Luxio questions it. Lucario turns around to Luxio and gives it a smirk. He nods his head. "Yeah I'm fine, I just... don't like seeing John with that Jenny girl." Lucario says. He looks over them and starts to grin. "Jenny? What you don't like her? She's like been around for a while though?" Luxio says, also looking over at them. Lucario faces Luxio.

"Yeah, but it's something you don't understand. I love John, he means everything to me... he's my trainer and he's taken care of me ever since we were little." Lucario says, as he's playing with his paws.

"But I love John too! What do you mean I don't understand? I know you and John, and you guys are as close as ever!" Luxio says.

"Yeah, but... I don't know, it's a different... feeling. A human feeing."

Luxio smiles and pats Lucarios arm, trying to comfort him. "You'll be fine, just try not to think about it.

"I guess, thanks Luxio." Lucario says, smiling. Both Lucario and Luxio sit on the ground to relax.

(Normal Language)
"So Jenny, you ready for our battle? I'm so psyched!" John says, all determined. Jenny smiles and giggles She raised her hand and clutches it into a fist. "Of course I'm ready, been waiting since I heard you were in town!" She says with determination.

"Lucario, Luxio, come on, we're gonna battle Jenny now!" John yelling out to both of them. Lucario and Luxio nod and quickly get up. "So, where we gonna battle?" John questions. Jenny points to the left of where they're standing. "Where do you think? The parks Battle field of course! Man, feels like you forgot." She says, laughing. John smiles and rolls his eyes. He follows Jenny to the parks Battle field, but before that, he returns Luxio and Lucario to their pokeball.

Finally, they approach the battle field. It was near a playground, a tennis court, and a basketball court. John and Jenny knew each other since they were little kids, they always played with each other at the park, running, playing tag, all sorts of games.

"The time has finally come, John! Are you ready?" she says as she stands across the field from John. "Been ready, always ready! Alright only two Pokemon for us, alright?" John replies back. Jenny nods and prepares her pokeball in her hand. John also.

"I guess I'll be the referee!" Johns mom yells out. Both John and Jenny nod with agreement. "Each side can only use two Pokemon, while switching Pokemon is allowed. The trainer with at least one Pokemon left is declared the winner..." Johns mom yells out. Both John and Jenny grip there Pokeballs firmly until the call of beginning. "Alright... battle begin!"
