Quentin's P.O.V
"M"
The caller ID gave me a shock, making me drop my keys half way to the ignition and snatched up the phone.
'Margo?' I question, my heart freezing, I had seen this moment happen many times over in my head.
'Hello Quentin, don't speak, just listen and remember this; "Return to sender, what a shame the sender has moved."'
'What?' I asked but the tone had already gone flat.
I felt very conflicted in that moment, I had my (not really) girlfriend who I hadn't spoken too for a year ring me and say some gibberish then hang up, and all I could do was sit and listen. What she had said was pulling at me and it dawned on me that this was another of her riddles, that she wanted me to come to her again. i had my phone out and radar on the line in a matter of seconds.
Margo's P.O.V
As the phone came down off my ear the emotions flooded through me. I had not heard the perfect voice of the boy i had spent nearly my whole life around since that night and i decided this time would be different, one would not be walking away without the other again but first he will need to get lost in his friendships again.
