Chapter 1 •Brooke's POV• "I can't believe we're going to California for two weeks!" I exclaimed. I was sitting on the plane next to Paige and my mom. Across the aisle was Chloe and Cristi. This was going to be so fun. What better way to spend time of summer break in California? "Put on your seatbelts please, well be landing shortly," the flight attendant said. I belted my seat belt and turned off my phone. Soon the runway was growing closer and closer. I could feel us landing and slowing down till it came to a stop. We waited till the attendant told us we could leave. I got my carry-on out of the compartment and followed my mom down the aisle. All five us waited at the luggage claim. My bag came first then the rest. When we got all we needed we took a taxi to the car rental place. I waited outside with the other girls while our moms rented a car. When they did we got in so they could drive us to the hotel. Me, Chloe and Paige had one room and right next door was our moms. It was pretty cool because the rooms were specially connected through a bathroom. After we unpacked we left the hotel and went to dinner. Little did we know that was our biggest mistake.
