This update has been a long time in the making. Burnout hit hard, it's no excuse but that's the only explanation I can offer 😭. Sincere apologies for the delay and thank you for your patience 🤗

Ab tak:
Khushi joins Pehchaan as an intern. Arnav has reservations but eventually agrees, quietly funding a few projects behind the scenes, without Khushi's knowledge.
Trouble erupts when a plagiarism scandal exposes senior designer Smitha, who had involved Khushi and Karthik in the report. Shabri Diwakar fires Smitha and Karthik on the spot. Khushi, spared, overhears office gossip about her "powerful backing" and naturally pins it on Arnav.
Their resulting confrontation ends...badly. Already set to leave for Lucknow to help his sister, Arnav departs soon after. Khushi returns to Lakshmi Nagar when she realizes she'd be a kabab-mein-haddi as, if weren't for her, Akash and Payal would have Shantivan all to themselves, with the rest of the family conveniently away preparing for a wedding in Agra (plot armor 😬)
A week passes, during which neither Arnav nor Khushi communicate. She assumes he is still in Lucknow, only to learn from Payal that he has been back in Delhi for nearly two days.
On the work front, Khushi is chosen to present at a conference, where she spots Arnav watching her chup-chupke, looking far too pleased.
As the presentation ends, she receives a text from Karthik statting he's landed a new job. Overjoyed, Khushi thanks Aditya Mehra for the recommendation letters, unaware that Secret Singh Raizada was behind it all.
Green monster of jealousy strikes and Arnav storms off, only to reappear at Lakshmi Nagar later that evening, courtesy of a "coincidental" meeting orchestrated by Payal-bitiya.
Meanwhile, a call from Karthik reveals his new company is a subsidiary of AR Group, confirming Khushi's suspicions when she googles the name.
Arnav invites the family to Agra for the wedding and offers to take Khushi back to Shantivan. She promises to return the next day after seeing her parents off to Lucknow.
Arnav prepares to leave with Payal, then has a change of heart and asks to stay the night at Lakshmi Nagar, while Payal chills in the car, blissfully unaware of this new development (oops).
