It had been a few weeks since Jack and I have started our 'fling'. We've been hanging out a lot, going on dates.

But he still hasn't made anything official between us, and the made me nervous.

Was he buttering me up just to get what he wants then drop me like tomorrow's news? That thought has crossed my head many time since that night at my house..

It was a Monday and I was sitting at a table outside. It was my free period.

All of a sudden, Ali comes rushing up to me.

"OMG you won't believe what happened this weekend!! Johnson asked me out!", she squealed.

Ok, wait they met after Jack and I did, but yet she got asked out before me? I was slightly jealous and mad at the fact that Johnson, the guy who was basically the same as Jack, actually went through with the commitment phase.

"That's great !", I spoke trying to sound enthusiastic.

"Yeah it's nothing serious really, but just a title. But I've seen a change in him over these last few weeks and I love it. I think I'm good for him, vice versa", she spoke smiling staring into the distance.

I wish I could say I was good for Jack. I knew he was good for me, but who knows if he feels the same way. And Johnson has been less fuckboyish now a days. I envied what they had even if it wasn't much, or serious.

So the rest of the time we talk then Jack walked up behind me. "Hey babygirl", he whispered in my ear sending legit shivers down my spine.

He sat next to me. "Hey Ali, Johnson is looking for you", he said to her while wrapping his arm around my waist.

She smiled, "Ok I'll find him. See you guys later", she said walking off.

"So did you hear Johnson asked her out", he said breaking the silence.

"Yup", I said rolling my eyes, going back to my work.

He looked at me, "Is something wrong", he asked.

Wow I guessed I gave off that vibe.

"Nothing.", I spoke assuringly. "You're lying.", he spoke turning my head to face him.

Damn he knew me well.

"It's just, I kinda expected you to make things official with us, ya know. It didn't have to be like ''marry me, and vows' type of shit. Just something to say hey, you're mine and I'm yours.", I spoke softly.

He was quiet for a second.

"The reason I didn't ask you out yet is because I wanted it to be special, and not feel like some rushed thing. I already consider you mine with or without the label", he said kissing my forehead.

I smiled widely. Boy, he knew how to sweet talk a girl.

"Ya know, I guess fuckboy is a label for you too. You're the complete opposite of that definition.", I said pecking his lips.

"Shhh, don't say that. You might ruin my reputation", he said jokingly as he kissed me again.

He was truly the best fuckboy out there.
