A Day To Remember

Aleks POV:

A few months have passed, I have had a lot more bad dreams for a while but they went away finally. Thank god they did, those were awful as hell. They never gave me an answer on what they meant either. But now I was back in my office after a long time. I'm honestly kinda shocked this place isn't caked in dust, janitors must have kept it clean I guess.

"I see you found your office." said the voice I know as James from behind me.

"Mmhmm." How long was he watching me look around anyways.

"Well, I'm gonna just disappear into my own office for now. Good luck on a update video if you do one." he said as he turned towards where his office was.

I spent probably 2 hours total figuring out what I was going to say, and making sure it was decent when I said it. I guess I'll check twitter as I upload, I sorta want to check twitter first to see what havoc has gone on there.

I felt kinda happy when I saw all the get wells, and drawings to help cheer me up. It's nice to know the people who smile at things you do, do the same for you sometimes. Hm.. maybe I'll tweet something to say I'm here? Yeah that's totally a good idea.

I ended up writing the video link and its title with a smiley face, can't really fit much in a tweet but it'll do. I refreshed the page after taking a sip of water and it already had so many favorites, retweets, and replies. Damn were these people waiting for me to tweet? Probably just the rest of the creatures retweeted it...

After a bit Aleks decided to leave his dark lighted room to go find James. He wasn't in his office, after a couple of looks he found him in the meeting room on a laptop. James looked up as he saw the small figure slowly appear in the room.

"Hey, you finally got the video huh?" James said with a smile on his face.

"It honestly was hard to make, but after a while I finally got it decent enough to work." Aleks said while scratching the back of his head.

"I'm sure it was, I would probably spend a whole day trying to do a video like that, I'm impressed." James was gesturing Aleks to sit next to him, he agreed to sit.

"You think I could have taken longer possibly? I mean, does that make me sound like I don't care about the fans worries or anything?" He said while sitting down.

"As long as it has the things you should say, and the things you are comfortable with, it doesn't matter how long it takes. You can watch the video right now if you want, even though you probably have already." James pointed at his subscriptions where Aleks' video was.

Aleks nodded and they watched the video in mostly silence. Aleks was watching the video mostly, but also sneaking glares at James. His heart was starting to pound a bit, Aleks started to feel a bit queasy. What was he feeling?

"Uhh, James. Not trying to sound weird but you look really nice in the lighting." Aleks said nervously. James gave a grin in reply to the compliment at first.

"Haha, so cute, like you." James said softly then looks at him, while Aleks was shocked by the reply he said, did he mean that truly?

Before Aleks could reply, James pulled Aleks in to kiss him. Aleks did not move away, he actually moved in towards James. The kiss he was now in felt amazing, this kiss was totally different, and nicer than the ones he's had with other people. James slowly closed the laptop with his free hand.

"That was amazing." James said smoothly as he broke away from the long lasting kiss.

Aleks was so happy from that kiss. He never felt so enjoyed about a kiss until now. This was a whole new thing to him. Something he would want to do again, again, and again.

"I uhhh, I kind of remembered my memories like a week after I got out of the hospital. I just wanted to spend more time with you..." Aleks said with a light nervous laugh.

"Good thing you faked it then, I would have been sad if you left." James said slowly as he pulled Aleks in for another kiss.

Sorry for making this shorter than it should be, but I gave you some NovaHD to make up for it. Probably last chapter to this story since idk if you want me to drag this out. I might make more stories though.
