Dean and Sam are hanging out and they're dressed up a superman and batman. Sam wanted to dress up as batman and wanted to wear a cape like Dean. Dean dressed up as superman and pretended he was superman for Sam.
For Halloween, Dean dressed up as superman and Sam was batman. Dean jumped off the shed roof and he "flew" Sam did the same because he thought that batman could fly and he ended up hurting his wrist. Dean put Sam on the front of his bike and rode it to the hospital. Dean knew what to do, his brotherly instincts kicked in and he took his baby brother to the hospital and Sam knew that Dean would always be there for him, no matter what.
