Karry opened the paper, he looked straight into you and didn't smile but he smirked.

What???

You thought in your head. Your heart was pumping. You felt nervous..why?

Then you saw Karry walking towards your direction and suddenly turned to Kath's.

Shit!

You did a frown. With your fist. You just let out a sigh and tried not to care. You felt your heart burning that you don't get to be with Karry. You wanted to. More than anything. But maybe today you were unlucky. You just closed your eyes to let your, 'whoever' partner to come.

"Nice to meet you, Y/n. I'm your partner." A familiar voice said.

Who does it sounds like...Karry..? Or..Nathan..?

You thought in your head. You slowly opened your eyes and saw Karry. With his evil smile on. "What??? I thought you were with Kath?" You asked. "Well, I was. But then I swapped the paper with a random guy that was your partner." He said. "And..the reason is?-" You asked but Karry put his finger on your mouth and continued. "I'm not finished yet. I swapped because I wanted to be with you. More than anything." He winked. "Huh~..." That was all you could say. You blushed. It was like, a plant was dying but it is now bright yellow. Like a flower that could never die. "Did you wanted to be with me?" He asked. "So-So." You answered coldly. You didn't want him to know. "Fine. Want me to swap back? Kath will love to be with me." She said as he was about to walk off, but you quickly held his hand tightly. "No!- I- I..mean..Um..- No. I don't want you to... Don't go away.." You said with your eyes filled with water. By the time he said he would like to be with Kath, your heart was torn apart. That was strong to you. Karry being with Kath gave you a very strong and breaking feelings to you. You just wanted to be with him. Not anyone else but him. Not the other random boy beside you, but one special boy that is in front of you. Yes, You just wanted to be with Karry.

Then you felt a warm hug, hugging you. "Baka. Of course I wouldn't go. Like I said. I want to be with you. Not Kath." He said with his bright smile. You just gave a nod and stayed dead quiet.

"Hello Kath. I guess I'm your partner.." Karry said with his weak smile. "Yay! Nice to meet you, my new partner!" Kath clapped and jump up and down excitedly. "But.." Karry then continued, rubbing his back of his neck awkwardly. "But..?" Kath asked as she stopped being crazy. "Can I please be with Y/n?" Karry asked. "Wait, What?!" She shouted as if she thinks it was unbelievable. "I just want to be with her. I don't want her to be with a random guy." He explained. "I'm sorry. But no. You can't. I also want to be with you. But if you say that in front of me, do you know how heart breaking it is?" She complained. "Heart breaking???" Karry asked. "Yes. It hurts. My heart is really breaking." She said squeezing her chest. "I'm sorry Kath. I just want to be with her... I like her.."

"Thank you class. Have a great day tomorrow since it's field trip. And, Karry, Y/n, Kath and Nathan. Please stay for detention." Ms. Cora reminded them and left.

The four of them gathered together and whispered some funny thing to each other. "Hey Kath." You said giving a high-five. "Hey." She said with her smile as usual. Then she smirked. "Y/n, do you know who Karry likes?" She asked. "Um..No. But, I don't want to know.." You said giving a weak smile. "Seriously? You don't want to know?" She asked again, but this time she was loud. To get the boys' attention. "Huh? What?" The asked as they were interested. "Nothing." You said with your cold glare to Kath, warning not to tell. "Oh~ I just asked whether Y/n wants to know who Karry likes." She answered with an evil smile. "And I said, I. DON'T. WANT. TO. KNOW." You said with a death glare shooting out. "What? You don't want to know who I like?" Karry said with his face looking poor. "No." You answered. "Why? Aren't you interested knowing?" He asked. "No. Not at all.." You said with a look, 'I don't care'. "Why are you not?" He asked, but this time he looked serious. "Because I know that this is none of my business." You replied once again, coldly.

Why do I have to care? Why do I have to know? It will just make me hurt anyways.

"Wow- So.. Is that it? You know that all the sentences you've just said to me was very very hurting?" Karry said as he complained with a frown. "Okay. You know that you are forcing me to know even though I don't want to, do you also know that it is very very hurting?" You said looking into his eyes with a frown as well.

"What?-" "I'm out in here. I don't want to be forced or anything by you anymore." You said as you stood up from your seat and walked out the room. "You know that you are going to get scolded?" Karry said as he held your hand, tight. "I don't care. Better than you wanting me to know you you like or have a crush on so badly." You said as your eyes darkend. Then you pulled out your hand from his and continued walking.

It's the best if I don't know anything. If I know more, it will just hurt me.

"Hi-five! Kath! That was a brilliant job! You are great!" Nathan gave a Hi-five to Kath quietly and whispered. "I'm used to it. This isn't my first time doing it to my prey, right?" She answered looking at Karry who is now miserable.

"It's just that the prey is keep on falling into my trap..." She said as she formed an evil smile again. Showing that the victory will be her's and Nathan's.
