Chapter 18 : Don't get in my way!

I'M SO SORRY FOR THE WAIT! OMMACHITE ORIMASHITA! I FINALLY FINISHED IT!

Everyone shielded their eyes against the handmade sandstorm that the Father and Daughter Duo caused. The handmade earthquake that they caused, caused some to stumble. Though the Shinobis kept their balance easily by applying Chakra to their feets, the Soul Reapers have some difficulties (except for Itachi who had already regained his memories and managed to apply Spirit Energy to his feets the same way he did with Chakra). The storm cleared to reveal Byakuya and Hikari stood back to back with their Zanpakutous in their hands. They looked over to the Father and Daughter Duo's victim. Yammy was lying on the ground unmoving, he had his mask completely destroyed and a large vertical gash that seemingly divided his body in half not to mention, burned. Smoke was coming out of the gash, successfully making everyone winced. Byakuya smiled softly as he sheathed his Zanpakutou and proceed to pat Hikari's head with his free hand, much to her delight as she immediately sheathed her's and latched herself on his neck and snuggled against him. Byakuya hugged her back enjoying every single second of it. He positioned her by supporting her legs with his hand and the other one supports her back. Everyone watched the 2 with a fond smile. In the middle of it, Kakashi was confused. Byakuya was not his Sensei while he knew very well that his Sensei was Naruto's father. How could this man be her father?

"BAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAA!!!" Kenpachi laughed out loud like a madman. "Great work, brat! Now that you're back, we could go back to our usual routine again!"

Hikari looked up from her position, but before she could answer Kenpachi, Byakuya had spoken.

"If your 'usual routine' involves teaching her to destroy dojos on a daily basis, neglecting her paperworks and not to mention, drill it in her head of how fighting seemed to be the number one thing in the whole entire world, then you can be assure that you will never see Hikari in your barracks ever again." Byakuya said as he reached out towards his daughter's head and brought it to himself to caressed her head, much to her delight.

The Shinobis jawdropped, 'Naruto?! Doing paperworks?!'

Itachi coughed gaining everyone's attention, "Translation : I won't let my daughter become like you."

Everyone sweatdropped, 'What a Mama-bear or maybe Papa-bear in this case.'

Kenpachi was pissed, "Huh? And what gives you the right to do that, huh?"

Byakuya looked over to him before continuing to caressed his daughter's head, "I'm her father, I have ALL the rights to tell her what to and not to do." Byakuya said in a tone that seemed to be the most obvious thing in the world.

Kenpachi gained a tick mark, "Are you saying that what I taught her was wrong?"

Byakuya gave him a 'well-duh' look, successfully making Kenpachi angry. Everyone sweatdropped.

"Hey! Can you save it for later? This is not the time!" Ichigo yelled at the 2 of them as the others nodded.

"Get lost." Both Byakuya and Kenpachi said.

Ichigo gained a tick mark, "What?"

Hikari sighed as she buried her head in her father's shoulder, "Tou-sama~." She whined. "I'm not going to destroy ANY dojos OR neglect my paperworks. Not to mention, thinking that fighting is the best thing in the whole entire world~."

Byakuya stare at her before sighing, "As long as you gave me your word."

Hikari beamed, "Un!"

Sasuke coughed gaining Byakuya, Hikari, Kenpachi and Ichigo's attention. "Sorry to interrupt your touching reunion but seriously...what's going on?!"
