Luncheon, Avengers Aren't Invited.

After an uncomfortable silence that went on forever, Peggy cut in and asked about Morgan's schedule for the next day. Then proceeded to change the day at home to a day out with the big brother.

So, at 8 in the morning the next day, both blondes were up and dressing for their day together.

------

Steve walked down the hall in his usual khaki pants and white muscle shirt (a/n: that's what it's called right?). He was definitely nervous as he checked his hair in the reflecting glass of Stark tower.

"What's up with Soldier boy?" Tony asked the Avengers who sat at the table with him. Everyone was here, even Thor had made it to breakfast but Steve wasn't going to join them. He had breakfast with Morgan as well as lunch and dinner and there was no way he was missing it.

"I bet he's got a date." Tony.

"You're technically right..." Steve answered hesitantly.

Tony beamed at the blonde but before he could reply, their was a ding as the elevator reached for their floor and Jarvis spoke up: "Sir, someone has taken control of the elevator."

Everyone readied for a fight. Thor with his hammer, Tony with the hands of his suit (a/n: let's pretend he made a new 'Mark 42' we'll call it Mark Tony's an Arse, or maybe Mark Philanthropist.), Nat had a gun, Clint a bow and Steve grabbed his shield. Huh, just realised Bruce is sitting this one out, he probably doesn't want to ruin the new building....

The elevator doors opened and the 5'1" (a/n: my height sorry) blonde stepped into the room. As she looked up from the phone in her hand, both of her dark blonde eyebrows shot up.
"I hope you're not planning on using those on me. 'Cuz if you were I'd have to beat your arses." She smiled, "No hard feelings of course."

"Who the hell are you?" Tony asked.

"Morg!" Nat called out with a smile before Steve could explain.

"Oh, hey Tash. How's it goin?" Morgan replied as the two hugged.

"Good, you?"

"Eh. Could be better."

"Yo, 'Tash' wanna introduce peoples?" Tony cut in.

"I think I'll leave that to Steve."

"Great, Capsicle?" Tony looked at Steve expectantly.

"Oh, uh, this is Morgiana, my little sister." Steve introduced.

Everyone's eyebrows shot up (except for Tony, only one actually lifted on him).

"Yes Morgiana but I prefer Morgan." Morgan said with a slightly strained smile, "So, we leaving or what?"

"Oh yeah." Steve reached over to the couch, setting down his shield, and grabbed his jacket before following Morgan back to the elevator.

"Wait! We were actually just thinking of--" Tony started but was cut off by the two blondes.

"No."

For a moment the super soldier and his sister glanced at each other giving the billionaire time to ask why in the whiniest tone possible for the man.

Then Morgan turned back to Tony, breaking eye contact with the one person she had ever truly believed in, the person she had given up on trying to keep, to tell the men and woman gathered outside the elevator:
"This is the Rogers Family Reunion. Avengers aren't invited."
And with that the doors closed.
