Chapter Two

******Alex PoV******

We walked into the big dining hall, it had four very long tables that started from the further end of the hall to the end that we came in from, each table having a bit of space between them, then there were long benches that you'd sit at the table, there were about sixteen very expensive looking chandeliers all switched on bouncing the light around the room. The hall was already half full so we sat down next to each other and waited for the dinner to be served. After what felt like forever everyone was finally here, and the hall was full so they served us all the same dish. We got boiled peas in a pod, a corn on the cob, carrots and fish cod.

"They are a healthy school, huh?" Bree asked poking her corn cob with a fork.
"Yes, so dig in." I said eating my fish cod with a knife and fork. "Not bad." I said.
"Ugh! This is for acting. This is for acting." She chanted as she held her breath and put some peas in her mouth. She nibbled slowly then didn't look totally disgusted about what she just swallowed. She then took more and more and soon was really getting in.
"See." I said already getting to my corn. I ate my dinner hungrily then finished and noticed the guys laughing loudly on the other side. I saw Drue who was apart of 'the' guys laughing as well. He looked over and saw me looking at him, I felt like I couldn't move my head so I kept looking at him like a weirdo.
He nodded his head then smirked and turned his head back to the guys. 'What on earth does that mean?!' I thought but actually said it out loud by accident.

"I don't know, but you won't know unless you talk to him." She said smiling at me.
"Um - I - what?" I said.
"Go talk to him. I mean it is socialising hour now." She smiled at me.
"While he's crowded around all those guys - uh - no." I said no question in my voice.
"Come, on." She egged me.
"How about I'll just talk to him at the party." I said trying to shut her up.
"Ok. And I'll remind you in case you forget." She said finishing up her fish cod.
"Ugh whatever." I said getting up to go to the dorm rooms. Then I suddenly bumped into a girl who was carrying her half eaten dinner to the plate drop offs. Then I made her spill the leftover food on her. "Oh my God, I'm so sorry." I said gasping. Everyone now was looking at us, including Drue. "Oh crap." I cursed under my breath.
She gasped prissy like. "Oh my God. Bitch!" She said, gasping at the food on her really cute top. "Watch where your going, bitch." She said pushing me making me fall my back on the table.

******Drue PoV*****

Alex the girl I met earlier today was now totally on the wrong side of some girl, who was actually pretty hot. Then another girl got up trying to defend Alex. I was pleased at this girl because I didn't feel it was fair on Alex. "What the hell. Don't do that to my friend." The girl who was standing up for Alex pushed the other girl who easily went tumbling down to the floor. Then the girl went down to the ground tripped the girl that was defending Alex and they both started wrestling on the floor. Words were thrown, that I rather not repeat. Oh why not!? Asshole bitch. Pretty amateur bad words really. Then a teacher came in and saw poor helpless Alex on the table, and two girls on the floor wrestling. "You three to the principals office now." The teacher demanded.

*****Alex PoV***** *****Thirty Minutes Later******

"Thanks for sticking up for me." I thanked Bree when we entered our dorm room, after getting detention from the principal.
"No problem. She was a bitch anyway." She shrugged going over to her big wardrobe. "So what you gonna wear for the party tonight. It's only a few hours, tick-tock pick fast." She said taking out a white dress, that went down to her mid thigh, there were lace imprints at the top half of it and it was strapless. She wore black five inch heels with them and finished off her outfit with a black purse that she wore over her shoulder. I finally wore, a white crop top, a black with different flowers on it cardigan that went down to my mid thigh, I wore black shorts and white five inch ankle boots with laces. I laced up my boots and put on makeup as did Bree. I took a purse and put my phone, lipstick, mascara, and a small compact mirror in it.

We then left for the party.
We quietly went behind the school building and started to make a run for it to the woods behind it. After a while we saw a fire burning not too far so we followed it and reached the party. There was music booming and a bonfire to set the mood. There was alcohol being passed around, and someone passing around shots. Bree took two tequila shots, she then started drinking a lot, she found a half full bottle of 'water' which was actually vodka and started sipping it like mad. "Woo! Try some!" She said shouting over the music. I then obliged and drank some vodka, it scorching my throat as it went down. There was a guy who showed up with big boxes of beer so I got me and Bree some Guinness.
We started swigging our drinks and getting a little tipsy.

"Woo!" We started shouting like lunatics dancing to the music like idiots. I saw Drue and walked over to him dripping over my heels. "You cute." I said slurring my words.
"And your drunk." He laughed with his friends, if I wasn't drunk I would of been mortified.
I giggled uncontrollably then started rolling around on the floor like a lunatic.
"Um - are you ok?" He asked looking at me funny. He helped me get up then I tripped and threw myself at him and started giggling again. I then leaned in and kissed him then he broke us apart.
He squinted in disgust. "Yep drunk." He said clicking his tongue from the taste of my mouth. All his dudes started laughing at me and he even chuckled himself. "I'm gonna take her to her dorm, be right back."
"No!" I whined like a baby. "I wanna party."
"I can show you a good time in the room." One of his friends said raising an eyebrow at me chuckling.
"Hey, back off!" Drue said defencingly.
"Come on sugar." He said to me ignoring Drue, and the out of nowhere Drue punched him in the nose. Hard. Then blood started spilling out of his nose. "Dude!" He said.

"Back off!" He said. Then took me by the arm and dragged me further further away from the party.
"Hey!" I pouted while he dragged me. "I wanna stay!"
"Let me think about it - um - no." He said. "Now shhh! I have to sneak you into the girls dorms." He said taking my hand and running to the girls side. "Where's your dorm?" He asked.
"Em! Level two... Fifteenth door." I said. He took me to my room, and tucked me to bed. "Wh-what happened to the party?" I asked.
"It um.. Finished early." He said. "Good night." He said then kissing my forehead and heading for the door.
"Wait." I said, I was still half drunk.
"What's sup?" He said coming back to me.
I then grabbed his head with my two hands and brought his lips to mine. I broke us apart after a while.
"I just wanted to kiss you goodnight." I said then turned to my side and fell asleep.
