Chapter Fourteen

*****Alex PoV*****

"Eh.." Ashley was speechless for words. I just stayed silent and smirked. Finally. Her true colours are revealed.
"What are you doing Ashley?"
"Baby..."
"Don't you baby me, you better start talking now." He demanded. Meanwhile I was standing there crossing my arms watching this fight start to spark.
"It's not what it looks like."
"Oh ya, then what is it?"
"We were just practicing a scene, ya and I couldn't think of any made up names so I just used, yours?"
"Are you lying to me?"
"No of course not, baby..."

"Don't touch me. You know what, were done. Forget it. I gave you one last chance but you blow it up in my face. I said don't touch me."
"Baby..." Ashley said.
"Shut up." He said then walked away.
"Look what you've done?" Ashley shrieked.
"I did noth-" but before I could continue she walked off, trotting away in her heels. She deserved that. I heard footsteps and then Drew appeared. "Hey." I said.
"I'm so sorry, I didn't believe you..." He paused and his eyes started getting teary."it's just she seemed g-good.." He croaked. He then bent down to the floor and covered his face with his hands.

I walked over to him and bent down to him. I took his hands and pulled them away from his face. I let go of his hands and used them to stroke his cheek. I put a cute smile on for him. He then cheered up and looked at me the same way he did at at the café. "What." I tilted my head to the side. He smiled back at me.
"Beautiful." He whispered, still smiling.
"Isn't that what you said at the coffee place?"
"Oh ya. I still have the picture... So beautiful."
"Thanks, but not really." I said feeling a blush coming on.
"I beg to diff-" then I heard the door click and it was opened by a confused Bree looking down on us.
"Wh-" she said but was interrupted.
"Not now!" We both said at the same time. She then closed the door.
"Sorry about that." I laughed.
"It's ok. I have to listen to you more often, you know?"
"Yes I know, I've been telling you this, so many times."
Then we just stayed silent. He smirked at me and then chuckled a little.

We finally got up from the floor and just talked for a bit. Then after I kissed his cheek, we hugged and he left. I smiled to myself as I walked in.
"You took quite a while, what was that about?"
"Long story."
"As much as I'd love to listen to it. I have some math homework to do."

***Later That Night***

"Well I'm off on a date with Zander. It's been a while and you young lovebirds are making us wanna be more interactive with each other. So mwah. Wish me luck." She blew out a kiss.
"Luck." I shouted as she closed the door. A few minutes later someone knocked on the door, and it was Chase. "Hey, what are you doing here?" I asked as I gave him a kiss on the cheek and let him in.
"Just thought we could chill out in your dorm for once." He was wearing a white t, and grey sweatpants, along with his black vans.
"Ok, sure."

After the movie finished we ended up talking and laughing, then kissing. We got really into it and started getting touchy touchy, when suddenly he squeezed my ass and I bit his lip.
"Oh my God, I'm so sorry." I gasped in embarrassment.
"It's ok." He said all husky then took off his shirt, he went on me and I pushed his chest.
"Woah, you don't think we're gonna have sex, do you?" I said playing a halt.
"Well, kinda."
"Look, I can't do this now. I'm not ready, I'm still a virgin and I want to make the time special."
"But isn't now..." He raised his eyebrow.
"No it's not. Now put your shirt back on."

After school the next day I was hanging out with Drew. "Whatever, I still think that thrillers are better than horror movies." I argued with him.
"Sure it is." He said sarcastically then I slapped his arm. He just smiled at me afterwards. Then all of a sudden I got butterflies. I couldn't explain the way Drew made me feel, but then again Chase made me feel, happy. But Drew... He was something else... He made me feel special, loved. I loved Drew (as a best friend), but there was something there. Something else, it was something more than just best friend love.

We then walked back to his dorm and did our similar homework together. "When was the last time we did this?"
"I don't know, Ashley made me too busy."
"Ya I'm glad that's over." He grinned.
"I know right. Ah, I love you." I said so freely.
"Love you too. And do you know the answer to 2 b...." After we finished drowning in homework we ordered dominos.

"That was good." I commented finishing my last bit of pizza
"Mhmm." He moaned in agree-ance.
I walked over to him and sat on his lap. "Thank you for paying." I giggled at him.
"No problem..." He whispered in my ear which made me giggle some more. We both looked into each other's eyes for a while. Then he leaned in and we kissed.
