About an hour later, I was checked and found out I had one more centimeter to go. Soon, that turned into the full ten, and before I knew it, everyone was ushered out and it was just Harry and I along with some nurses.
Harry kissed my belly and smiled, "I can't wait to see you my little angel."
The doctor came in putting on some gloves, "Well, let's have a baby, guys!" He said smiling.
Harry shot the doctor a look when he turned his back, his hands still on my stomach, lightly massaging my large bump.
"What, do you not like the doctor?" I smirked.
"No man is allowed down there but me." He grumbled, taking my hand as they slipped on an oxygen mask over my mouth and nose.
"Stop." I scolded.
He kissed my cheek and kept a close eye on the doctor as he sat in front of me.
Nurses gathered around with supplies, one off to the side with a baby blanket.
"Alright. I need you to give me one big push."
I released my breath and laid back against the pillow, my hand gripping Harry's as hard as I could.
"You're doing so good, baby." Harry whispered, his other hand squeezing mine that was still gripping his.
"One more time. Come on, Skye!" The doctor said. His hands were grabbing our baby, and I heard it; the baby's beautiful cry. "Here we go. It's a girl!"
Harry kissed my forehead while I breathed hard and heavy, sweat pouring down the sides of my face.
I felt the baby being placed on my chest. She was beautiful. She had Harry's dark hair.
"It's Darcy." Harry said, his hand gently touching her small head.
The nurses soon took her to get checked and cleaned, me immediately wrapping my arms around Harry's neck, his around my waist the best he could.
"She's finally here! I love you both so much." Harry whispered, pulling away.
"I love you too." I gazed into his green eyes, filled with unshed tears, and kissed his cheek.
