chapter 3

lion goes back to the island with the girls .there are 2 big boats there they go more in to the island they find out that the people are scientists .the girls start to panic encase they find something about them .after a while the scientist left luckily they didn't find anything .the girls were so happy they didn't find anything and they realized they needed to be more careful about the secret and lion said that he was going to help them and he would never tell anyone about the secret and he kept  his promise to them .they wanted to know why they were there in the first in the first place they couldn't figure it out.lion was trying to find out how they turned into mermaids by doing experiments on them the next morning they had to go to school but it was raining and they cant go in the rain or they would turn into mermaids in front of one of the girls mums so they fake sick
