"Am I doing the right thing?"

Madisons POV

As i'm sitting waiting to pick up Violet from school I'm thinking about the boys and how it will work.

 Don't get me wrong I've read books where girls have multiple boyfriends I I just never though it would happen to me. 

I look up when I hear a honk behind me " sorry sorry" I say as I pull up next to the curb and get out to go and find Violet. as I walk into the classroom I see Violet coloring with a little girl.

Violet look's up when she hears my footsteps "Mommy!" she jumps out of her chair and runs right into my arms. I bend down to catch her in my arms.

" hey baby girl how was your first day of school?" as I walk out with her in my arms I wave at the teacher and grab violets bag and walk back to the car.

" It was soo much fun Mommy! I made a new friend her name is Lilly! like the flower Mommy! Just like me Mommy!" she explain's exitedly. 

I unlock the car and buckle her in her car seat

" That's amazing baby girl. Did you learn anything fun?" I ask as I start the car and start the short drive to the store.

She nods her head rapidly "Yeah we learned how to count and add Mommy!" 

Aww she looks so cute and adorable " that's amazing baby did you like learning about numbers?" I ask as I turn into the Walmart parking lot and pull into a parking spot.

" I really liked it Mommy!"  she goes on the explains on why she likes numbers as I unbuckle her from her car seat and put her in a shopping cart seat

" that's really cool baby!" I show excitement because shes enjoying school

" I know Mommy!" she says showing how sassy she is

"silly girl" I say as I push the cart into the store to do some grocery shopping because I finally got my pay check 

I pick up about four nights of dinner and lunch for Violet for all this week. Luckily for us my job gives us free meals so I just eat my lunch there then bring Violet on weekends to eat. I also pick up some juice for violet because for some reason this girl has an unhealthy obsession with juice.

I walk up to the self check out and scan everything and put it in bags. when finished scanning everything it came out to around 150 dollars. I load it into the cart and push the cart to the car. 

I put violet into the car first with the air on then i load everything into the car. 

" Hey baby girl do you want McDonald's for dinner? " i only ask because i don't feel like cooking at all

" yes please mommy!" she says happyly because she knows she can get a happy meal

I pull into the McDonald's drive thru " Hello this is McDonald's will you be using your rewards app today?"

" yes i will" i freaking love that app

"Alright what can i get started for you today?" 

" can i get one chicken nugget happy meal with apple slices and a chocolate milk. and then I will do the buy one get on for a dollar"

"alright which ones"

" can I get a plain double cheese burger and then the chicken nuggets with barbecue sauce, can I also get a large french fries and then a sweet tea and that's all" 

"that will be 21 dollars even please pull up to the next window" 

" thank you" I pull up to the next window and pay. 

"what do you want to do this weekend girly" I ask violet because I finally have a weekend off

"can we go to the park Mommy?" she asks

" Of course baby" I pull up to the next window and get our food. then I drive home

When we get home I get violet inside the house and give her food to her so she can eat as I unload the car.

I sit down to eat with her and help her with her homework. 

"time for bed!" I help her with brushing her teeth and get her in PJs 

"goodnight baby girl Mommy loves you very much" I say as I kiss her forehead

"goodnight mommy I love you too!"

I walk out to the kitchen and put all the grocery's up and away and I start to think about what I will wear for my first date in 6 years.... i'm starting to second guess if I should go or not.

Trust me I really want to go I just don't know how violet will react because it has just been us two for as long as shes been alive. I couldn't imagine bringing home one guy let alone four.... 

I stop thinking about it and decide to just get ready for bed.

As i'm laying in bed I picture all of them around me cuddling me.

I dream of them as I close my eyes

Am I doing the right thing ?
