I was walking out of school since the day has finally finished. I heard heavy footsteps coming closer towards me as I was walking down the road.

I didn't bother turning around, I just wanted to go home and cry in my bed because ever since I said what I said to the principal, Luke would roll his eyes every time we made eye contact or he would just walk away when I try to talk to him.

I can't believe he would believe Chris, I swear to God tomorrow I'm just going to barge into school and kill the living shit out of Chris.

"Alexis." I heard someone say under their breath and he sounded mad. "What?" I snapped at whoever it was. I turned my head to see it was Luke. My features softened and he sighed deeply.

"I'm sorry." He whispers.

"You should be." I replied and crossed my arms over my chest. I looked forward again and started walking a bit faster. I'm guessing I'm just mad because Luke didn't believe me but he believed the person I told him to never trust. Wait, did that make sense?

I told Luke to never believe what Chris says because whatever comes out of his mouth is just bull, but nope, Luke didn't listen to me; he listened to Chris.

"Would you just stop being such a bitch? I'm trying to apologise here." He snapped and I just rolled my eyes.

"Why are you even apologizing? I thought I was a whore." I replied quietly but made sure he could still heard me.

"Your brother talked to me." He said and I just ignored him. I don't care what he says because saying sorry is nothing. Sorry is just a word, it can't fix anything that you've done.

I don't know why but I just had the urge to reply back, so I did. "Why the hell do you believe my brother and not me?" I asked, relieved once my house came to view.

"I don't know, he sounded as if he was saying the truth." Luke said and that got me even more mad. I stopped in my tracks and so did he once he realised I stopped moving, I turned around to look at him and I could tell that my face was a light shade of pink.

"You fucking believed him but you didn't believe me?!" I shouted, but not too loud because I'm afraid if the neighbours would get mad at me. He didn't know what to say so he just stayed silent.

"I can't believe I developed feelings for you in less than a day."
