Chapter 13: 2 People, 1 Bed, Thin Blankets

Eun Ji's P.O.V.

I sat by the window, waiting for Min to come back. Why was she taking so long in the kitchen?

"What are you doing here Ji?"

I turned around to see Sehun.

"I'm waiting for Min, Hyunhyo told me to wait here. This is Min's room right?" I asked him.

"Why are you waiting for Min here? Her room is down the hallway."

"Huh? Then why would Hyunhyo tell me to wait here?" I questioned him. What the hell is happening?

"That little devil of a sister of mine. This is probably one of her pranks. Hyunhyo may seem all innocent and harmless, but sometimes she's a living nightmare." he said as he shook his head.

Sehun then went to go to the door and tried to open it. It seems like there was something against the door.

"Great. We're locked in here." he muttered.

For fricks sake, this night is just getting worse and worse.

"Anyways, I don't think we'll be able to get out of here anytime soon. At least there's a bathroom. We should try to get some sleep,"  he said as he lied down on the bed.

"Is there some sort of blanket or something I can put on the floor, so it's easier for me to sleep?" I asked him. Sleeping on the carpet didn't seem bad, but it didn't seem super comfortable.

"What are you talking about Ji, just lie down next to me."

"Like in the same bed?"

"No, let's lie down on the floor together," he said sarcastically.

"Dude, don't worry I'll just make a pillow border to separate us."

"Okay.." I replied.

This is so weird, sleeping next to someone you barely know and that person just happens to be the person you like.

It's like fate just loves to mess with me.

I lie down next to Sehun. How could I forget my crush, when I'm sleeping right next to him? Well, maybe not right next to him.

I suddenly realized that it was really cold. I got under the blankets, but it was still cold. Well of course I would be cold, the blankets are so thin. Why are the blankets so thin when the air conditioning is on blast ?????

"Hey Sehun." I said.

"Yeah?"

"Can you turn the air conditioning off?"

"Sorry, I can't. There's usually a panel and a remote control in each bedroom to control the air conditioning and the guest bedroom doesn't have one. The air conditioning in here is controlled by the panels in our rooms. Usually, we don't turn it on for the guest room because no one usually stays here. Hyunhyo is the one who's probably controlling it right now just to mess with us."

"Oh, " I said, disappointed that we couldn't do anything about the freezing cold air coming out of the air conditioner.

I curled my body into a ball to try to keep myself warm. It still was very cold :(

Sehun's P.O.V.

Eun Ji seemed really bothered by how cold it was. I felt so bad, since there weren't any thick blankets around. I only thought of one way to keep her warm, I hugged her.
