Chapter 1- Run away

Delilah P.O.V

I walk into the dark ally and spot my next prey... A homeless man, i cant control my thirst its something in me i just cant control myself i need blood or ill die.

"Young lady do you have any spare change?" The homeless man asked. 

"No. No i don't" i growl and feel my vampire side coming out and controlling me. 

"Mam are you okay" the man whimpers as i come closer and lick my lips. "Im perfectly fine the question is are you" I say and prance on him

My eyes whip open and my memory hits me right in the face my heart is pounding and it feels like I'm hyperventilating. 

"Oh my god, i did it again... SHIT!" I curse. When i black out its because i was really thirsty and i killed the victim, i feels horrible when i do but i cant control it.

I look down and notice I'm on my bed and i am still in the same clothes that i wore yesterday except it is covered with blood. 

"Shit" i mumble. 

I get out of my bed and stretch , i finally calmed down from the hyperventilating . 

I quickly get dressed and sit on my couch and turn the t.v on. One thing i like about being a vampire is that I'm very quick.

I was interrupted from thoughts when my phone started ringing, i quickly grabbed it and picked it up.

"Hello?"

"Delilah um you need to come over now" i hear my friend tell me.

"Why?" I questioned.

"Damn it Delilah just come over!" Bella screeched.

"Damn okay okay I'm on my way" i tell her and hang up. 

I quickly run into my room grab my phone and keys and run to my friends house , why do i need a car when i could run faster and people wont even see me , they only feel a gush of wind in their face ,thank god. 

I run into the lobby and go into the stair case and run up to the 5th floor i go to my friends door and knock on it quickly. The door opens and I'm pulled into the dark living room very quickly.

"Woah Bella calm down. Whats wrong?" I asked.

"Delilah he's here" my breath hitched in my throat. 

"Wha-"i clear my throat."What wait,Harry?" I whisper. 

"Yes he's here right now, probably listening to us right NOW" Bella tells me. 

"Hello Delilah how are you? Its been a while since I've seen your pretty face" i hear a deep husky voice say. 

I whip my eyes to the person behind Bella. I see his green eyes glowing behind Bella i was already getting lost in them when Bella coughed and made me break my trance.

"Oh hey Harry. Why are you here?" I ask in a quiet voice. 

"To check in and see how you guys been doing you know" he says.

"Why do you even care? Your not the same any more, you've changed" i say angrily. 

His eyes were changing into a a dark red color.  

"I have not changed!" He yells slowly creeping his way towards me. 

"Yes you have ever since we've been cursed you just started changing into a heartless asshole!" I say with a hint of sadness in my voice.

Oh no... His eyes were fully red, and his fangs were growing longer. He is going to hurt me. 

I see his arm go back, i quickly close my eyes and prepare myself for the impact, but i suddenly don't feel anything. I open my eyes and see Harry's eyes back to the same color and their filled with guilt.

I run out of the flat and run as fast as i could without even thinking about where i was going. I ended up in a forest, a very familiar one too. My eyes started to fill up with bloody tears, i climb up a tree and silently cry, i wonder why and how did i even get myself into this mess, and how did i even manage to survive the way i do.
