𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐁𝐋𝐀𝐂𝐊 𝐒𝐔𝐕 sat parked across the street from the deli the street wasn't as busy at it will usually be like typical new york it was dark,cold and windy without an person insight.

"oh shoot i left the keys in the store"she spoke to herself as she turned around being faced with the truck racing towards her she tried to run in the opposite direction but it was too late the small pregnant girl got smashed between the only two trucks on the streets the last thing she heard was the car skirting off before she blacked out

"okay understandable so we have some bad news.... the baby boy had to get delivered early due to some complications from the collision yall encountered he's down in the nicu getting all the help he needs your baby girl on the other hand is still in there holding tight"
"so he was born premature but he's okay right like he'll survive??"kay asked feeling his heart beating out of his chest
"yes correct he was born premature just a couple weeks early he will be okay we're just keeping an eye close eye on him our wonderful neonatologist will make sure he grows up to be an healthy boy"
"whew shit"he said lowly sitting back in the chair
"the other doctor will be coming in for yall to sign the birth certificate and any other documents for him do yall have a name in mind?"the nurse asked trying to lighten the mood a bit while changing the iv in the girl who practically looked drained
"um not at the moment"kevin spoke rapidly texting on his phone
"im sure whatever you guys pick it will suit him perfectly" she smiled while washing her hands and exiting the room
"who did this to you? what did you see" tell me something baby"kay asked sitting up looking dess dead in her face studying her features growing angry by the marks covered on her face but he tried his best to keep his composure
"i dont know all i saw was an black suv track racing my way"she spoke playing with her fingers
"fuck i knew i should've just went dude this shit would have never fucking happened"he sat back rubbing his heads down his face shaking his head
"it's not your fault it could've been anyone"she reached to grab his hand but he pulled it away
"you probably wouldn't be right here though if we ain't have this going on..... i think we should just you know take space from each other i'll still be here for the kids and you i just don't wanna put you in anymore danger"he spoke while standing up trying to distance his self from the girl it was happening again everytime he got close to someone something bad always happen and this was the warning
"kay are you seriously doing this right now?? like you couldn't had waited till i got discharged from the hospital why are you trying to leave me when i need you most? like that's weird ass fuck i never did that shit with you"she said hurt she was actually starting to feel something towards him and he was leaving her at her lowest when she almost just lost her life
