Chapter 4

Once the flight ended I was so happy. I had never been on a plane before and now I know that I hate planes.
Then, just like the president said, I was escorted to the New Hampshire contestant room. It was a one story house, but looked like it was made for a king. It had a huge dinning room, two bathrooms, a living space, and a master bed room.

What do you think? Said Maya.
I love It! I shouted.
That's good. Know get some rest. Tomorrow you will meet the other contestants.
Okay. I said.

    So I went to bed and woke up the next morning with a surprise. For breakfast they had given me eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, ham, hash browns, home fries, and a China tea set. I had never seen anything so beautiful!

   After I ate breakfast I put on the outfit they had left for me. It was a suit, kind of like a diving suit that said NH on the front. It must stand for New Hampshire.

    I went to the elevator to see Maya waiting there for me.

How did you sleep? She asked.
Very well. I said.

     That's good. Now let me go over the rules. When you get downstairs you will stand in the spot that says New Hampshire. Then one by one you will visit the other 49 contestants. You will have 10 minutes with each contestant. Once you meet all of them. You will go to bed and get ready to start training tomorrow.

    We got down stairs and I stood on the spot that said NH on it. Before I knew it this stuck up girl was standing on front of me. Names Katelyn, and I run this place. I'm from Seattle Washington, and you better watch out. She rambled on about herself and how she was going to win the state war for the whole ten minutes.

     Then this really weird guy came up to me. Hi my names George. I come from Maine. He kept stuttering, that by the time it was my turn to speak, It was time to meet another contestant.

      As I thought my day would be horrible, The next guy who came up to me was adorable, His brown hair and his green eyes, just wowed me. My names Charles, he said in his heavenly voice. I'm Amelia, I answered back.
Where are you from? He asked.
Nashua New Hampshire. How about you?
Plattsburgh New York.
Wow! I said.
We talked for the whole ten minutes.
It was as shame when the ten minutes was over.
See you tomorrow he said.
See you there. I answered back.

    None of the other contestants stood out to me. None of them were like Charles.

    After meeting the contestants I went to bed.
