As the boys went to do a couple of interviews, Chloe and I started working on our setlist. We had about 20-30 minutes to preform before Hey Violet took the stage during the concerts, so Chloe made her list of covers she wants to do/her favorite covers we've done as I did the same. We settled down on about 6 songs; Dumb by Nirvana, Imagination by Shawn Mendes, Photograph by Ed Sheeran, I Miss You by Blink-182, Into The Night by Santana (ft. Chad Kroeger) and Missing You by All Time Low. Missing You was one of our top songs, probably because I would've yelled at Chloe if we didn't preform it...
Since I was already pretty familiar with most of the chords to the songs, Chloe was sent to work with her vocal coach as I worked a bit on the songs.

Once we got back to the bus, I headed off to the venue without the boys. They were taking too long.
Off to the side Chloe was with our vocal coach, Tim. She had a couple papers in her hand and I assume they were song lyrics since she was singing whatever she was looking at on the paper.
I started heading off the back, wondering were Hey Violet were since they usually spend the days at the venues/stadiums. Walking past one door I heard the familiar tune to Missing You by All Time Low. Since I had no idea where Steph was, I assumed it was her since she wasn't with Chloe. I quietly pressed my hear against the door as I heard her start singing the song. I don't know why she just sings backup vocals. But I took the opportunity and listened as Luke and Cal were making their way. I shushed them by putting my finger to my lips as they made their way closer. They copied my actions and pressed their ears against the door, listening as Steph played the song.
We were all greatly impressed once she finished. She started playing the chords to I Miss You, humming along.
I stepped away from the door and walked a couple feet away, bringing Cal and Luke with me. "Maybe we should convince Chloe to do one solo of I Miss You and have Steph do the other solo."
"Maybe that was their plan in the first place?"
"If it was then Steph would be with Tim also." Calum had a point. Luke agreed, jogging his way over to Chloe as she was grabbing a water. Cal and I followed along.
Chloe looked up and smiled. "Hey guys."
"Hey, Chloe. So we were wondering what songs you guys were going to preform."
She handed us the list of songs, smiling. "Are you each going to do a solo in I Miss You?"
She shrugged. "Steph isn't really the type to do that kind of stuff."
"Why?"
"She got her tonsils taken out at a young age and apparently even when she was young and sang around the house, she was really good. But after getting them removed she doesn't much anymore. She says her voice 'sucks' even though I think it's great."
"Well, we happened to overhear her singing to Missing You by ATL..."
"That's literally her most favorite song in the whole wide world. It means a lot to her."
"Then why don't you get her to sing it and have you as the backup vocals?"
Her eyes went huge. "HOLY SHIT YES!"
Everyone looked at us but they're so used to our shenanigans so they didn't bother asking. "Honestly, I think that's a great idea. Thanks."
Luke smiled as he started playing with his lip ring. Luke I see you. I see whatcha doin.
"Oh, and when we find Hey Violet we'll have you guys meet?"
Chloe seemed to hesitate before smiling a little bit. "Yeah, totally."
