Shalour Training!

After John got up from the bed, and Phillip got up from the window, drooling a little, they took a very fast train that sped through the mountains, and passed Ambrette Town, and Cyllage City, and made their way to the desolate land of Geosenge Town. Since the tragedy with a crazy man named Lysandre occurred, many people came over, trying to help everyone who had to live there. But they had no business to be there whatsoever. Their place to go to, as usual, was Shalour City. Phillip's friends were over there, as well as John, and they usually trained with each other's but not only to help Phillip as they had dreams of their own.
They passed through Reflection Cave, a cave full of mirrors. Phillip, made weird looks in the mirrors. Despite John's pleas to get back on track, Phillip tries to look as funny and as dumb as possible for entertainment. But with a slap and a grab from his "father," they get back on track. Within a couple of minutes, they finally make it out to Shalour City.
Phillip walked to the normal house where he met his friends. Inside was an Oshawott named Cole, and a Pikachu named Ethan. John walked to his friends house, which inside was only a Blaziken named Jose.
After chatting for a few minutes, the group got outside and start to do their, almost, daily training.
"Alright everyone. It is Phillip's birthday in a couple of days, so this will be our final day of training him. So instead picking teams as usual, everyone, including me, will fight him." They all gasp, worried for him.
"What if he gets seriously injured though?!" Jose says.
"Then so be it. He wanted to go to the city, so it is our job to prepare him."
"Are you sure," Ethan said. "What if he is too weak? We'll just be beating him up then like a hopeless, little Pokemon." Lucario's smile fades.
"Well," Cole starts. "Hopefully he is ready for sudden bursts... Like THIS!" He shoots out a very powerful Hydro Pump that shoots Lucario away at a blinding speed of 31 miles power hour, he tumbles on the sandy shores, getting hit with the sand and water splashing. He suddenly is forced on a seat on the first step of the Tower of Mastery.
"GO GO GO GO!!!" John screamed. Everyone charged at him, especially Ethan, letting out a Thunderbolt. Lucario dodged the attack, by a hair
Phillip began running toward the water on the side. He let out a huge ice punch, freezing water in 5 ft radii. He walked backward a bit, and readied for many Ice Punches. He ran, jumped, and started to ice skate on his paws. He pushed with his legs, and punched with his arms, and did this in a sort of crawling position. Cole chased him by landing on his shell with one foot, and started to surf a little on the water. He was going just a little faster than Phillip, and after a few seconds decided to drift toward the ice. When he landed on the ice, he changed position from his feet to his belly, belly sliding and jumping toward the jackal. When he was close enough, he managed a Razor Shell, slicing Phillip on his leg.
"Oh!" He groaned in pain, also slipping into the water. He tried to hold his breath, and remained calm. But he lost it when Ethan was on the ice, about to electrocute him. He quickly gasped, making him losing his breath and jetting toward the surface. He was shot up, and he kicked Ethan away, into the water.
"That was really close," Phillip said. "I should go over to the Tower of Mastery, where they shouldn't manage to find me." He was jumping on each circle of ice, all in succession, and by a little bit of time, he made it back to shore.
Pikachu was almost drowning, but Oshawott saved him by going underwater, and dragging him, almost not making it.
"Are you okay Pikachu?" Cole asked. Ethan began to cough out water, almost choking on the substance.
"Yeah, Cole. I'm fine, now." John didn't really move much from where he initially was. But he did take a peek at Cole and Ethan. At first, he thought they were playing around. But then, he saw Cole pumping Ethan's stomach. That is when he finally took action, he sprinted toward the ice and to the small Pokemon.
Phillip thought John was going toward him, so he ran in the Tower as quick as he could, but was taken by a claw, and was smashed to the floor.
