Ch. 28 - Road

Zayn's P.O.V

We're on the road again, close to the exit of Bradford. I'm planning on going near Logan's house, there are a hotels around him we'll stay at then ill give him a call. It's barley 10:00am and every one's asleep except Niall, Louis and I, since were the ones driving.

I handed out the cheap phones before we left so I called Niall.

"Hello." He answers.

"Niall, I'm going to stop for a little to get a coffee or something.  If you want you can keep going, you remember where Logan lives right?"

"Yeah, I remember where he lives but I'll stop with you. I gotta get pads for Allie-" I cut him off.

"Spare the details Horan. I'll stop in about 15 minutes so keep your eyes peeled if anything happens. "

"Okay. AmPm right?"

"You know it." Niall chuckles and hangs up.

As promised I turned left into the parking lot and searched for a place to park. When I found it, I quickly got out and opened the door to the shop. The little bell rang signaling someone came in and the cashier let out a little "Hello" as I walked to the back. The bell rang again so I assumed it was Niall, he walked up to the cashier and asked something. I'm sure he asked for the pads.

"In the back." The girl said in a monotone voice.

"Mr.Malik, how've you been?"  He asked getting a two cups and filling them up with the dark liquid.

"I'm alright Mr.Horan. Where's Mr.Tomlinson?" I asked filling my cup with coffee.

"Said he was gonna keep watch of the cars." He added sugar and some powder milk mixing it.

"Did he ever tell you he had a baby?" I asked walking with him to the hotdog and Burger area.

"I've hadn't talked to him since he stopped talking to us and started hanging with Harry, although I'm not surprised he didn't pull out in time." We laughed and grabbed 3 hot dogs, 3 hamburgers and 4 chicken burgers.

"Why does Harry hate you?" I have Niall a confused look.

"I mean since when have you guys has this...feud? For him to practicly hunt us all down, it has to be a long time." We start walking to the cashier.

"I mean I don't know. I guess since Perrie dropped him and became my girl and fiancé." We place the food and drinks on the counter so the girl can scan them.

"So about...3 years?" He asked.

"Basically." I answered.

"Together or separate?" She asked

"Together." I answered. The cashier put the food on two boxes and scanned our coffees all while popping her gum.

"Oh wait! Ill be back." Niall ran off to the back again and returned with 2 Brownies.

"Here and can I get those pink pads behind you?" If it was me saying that I would've been embarrassed. The cashier turned around and grabbed the box placing it in front of us.

"Are these what you want Sir." She needs a soul. Niall nodded, giving her a smile and Mrs.Bitch scanned that the pads and Brownies.

"Your total is $17.38, cash only." Well...

Niall pulled out a $20 and gave it to the cashier.

"I could've payed..." I trail off.

"Sorry. Gimme the money and we'll go." I give him a 20 and we walk out side to our cars. Niall went to Louis so i sit there for a minute. I grabbed my burgers before so i decided to wake up Cathy.
