Ch. 22 - Runners

Zayn's P.O.V

WOW! Didn't know this little fuck had it in him!

Right now Louis, Niall and I are in the living room discussing what's going to happen and how it's going to happen.

"So what? We're just gonna run away from the shit?!" Yells Niall on a very heavy Irish accent and smashing his fist in the wall behind him making a huge whole.

Note to self :

NEVER PISS OFF NIALL!

"Louis, did you ever hear Harry talk about going after Catherine? " I ask Harry's supossed best friend. He had to know something.

He thought for a second. "No. Never has he talked about doing anything to Cathy nor hurting her. He just talked about how wonderful she was and all that. Sorry." Louis shrugs. I throw my hands in the air.

"Niall? Anything?" I ask my best mate.

"No. I don't talk to that prick sence after Cathy and Allie beat the shit out of Perrie the platypus and her minion." He says through gritted teeth.

"I heard about that! Perrie was crying and told me she got jumped! I tried so hard not to laugh in her face!" I laughed and so did the other lads.

The room went silent again and Niall spoke up, "You know we can't run the rest of our lives right? What if one of the girls get pregnant?! Allie doesn't do birth control and I'm pretty sure neither does Cathy. So what do we do? If they do end up pregnant and have our kids we can't put it up for adoption. I want my child with me, I want to hold it in my arms, I want to be a loving father but with Harry after us that can't happen 'cause soon enough he'll find us and kill us and I don't want to die or anyone else." The room was quite. Nobody spoke.

"Anyone got confessions to make speak now or when you tell us later on I will blow your cap off?" Louis raised his hand nervously.

"Louis. Spill or your brains will spill." Niall said darkly, walking up to him and grabbing him by the coller of his shirt and pressed him against the wall Louis' feet not touching the ground once.

"Well...I have a girl friend and we had a baby and I don't want Harry to get her and you explained that he was gonna come after Catherine's loved ones and since I'm one and Nicky is mine I don't want him to hurt her or my child. " he said really fast scared that Niall would bust his head into the wall.

"FUUCK!!" Niall let him go and broke the coffee table in the middle of the living room smasking it against the wall and breaking almost everything around him.

5 minutes after he calmed down I spoke, "C'mon Lou, we're gonna go get Nicky and your child. I will not let that fucker hurt any of you especially an inoccent baby. Niall watch the girl's. " Niall nodded and turned on the T.V.

"Why did I break the table?" He groaned and stomped his feet like a 5 year old. Wow. Just minutes ago he was breaking things and now he's acting like a.baby. I hope Louis's kid isn't like this.

But that's none of my business...

Louis and I grabbed our jackets and phones and went to the door. Before we opened it Niall talked.

"Louis." He said sternly.

"Yes?" Lou's voice cracked. He gulped really loud and he was shaking. I wanted to laugh at the poor lad.

"You better make me the Godfather." >: ) They both cracked a smile and laughed a little.

"Sure, mate." He sighed in relief and walked out the door looking like he was about to shit his pants.

"Don't scare the poor boy like that. " He laughed and said 'I make no promises.' So I walked out and locked the door shut then headed for the car where Louis was already seated on his phone.

Note to self :
Bye new cellphones.

I went to the car and stepped in turning on the engine and pulling out the parking lot making my way to Louis' girlfriend's house to get her.

30 minutes later...

Lou.was giving me directions to the house his girl lived in and lost us about 5 times till he found the correct street. I was ready to open his door and push him out on to the road if he gave me the wrong direction again.

"Lou did you tell her we we're gonna get her?" I asked pissed off.

"Yea, and I told her to get her car too. It'll be better riding 2 cars instead of squishing into one." I nod my head and turn left to the street she lived on. I drove up the drive way.

"Tell her I'll lead the way and to let you drive. Imma stop buy the shop's to get supplies on our way there and if you want you can keep going or stop and get somethings too." I park the car after he gets out with a 'ok' and makes his way to his lover.

He helps her with some bags while she gets the baby in his seat and rides in the back with him. I didn't get a good look at him but I'm pretty sure he's Louis' child by the smile he had and his brown hair style. Louis gives me a thumbs up and take it as my cue to start driving to the store.

30 minutes later...

A few blocks away from the motel I stop to get the things we need with Louis and Nicky whose carrying the baby on her hip with a big smile on his face.

"I'll go get the drinks and the food while you guys get what ever you need. We'll be leaving in 20 so be fast and don't waist any time." We go our separate ways.

I really didn't give a damn about what I got. All I cared was that it was food and it wasn't green. I looked at my basket to see if I had what I needed. I grabbed some candy and started Walking into the isle where the store had drinks.

I looked around and grabbed some Sprite, Coke, Red Bull, Corona, Monster and some water. I didn't know what these people liked so I also grabbed some milk, orange and apple juice and a grape soda.

I had everything we needed and As I turned to leave I felt something hard on my back and stood still not wanting it to click and go through me.

That's until I heard a familiar deep voice that made my blood run cold and knock the air out of me.

"Long time no see, Malik."

Shit. They found us.
