Alrighty guys to start off this argument first you have to get the Canon Non Canoness out of the battle and just look at these two as fighters then everyone and i mean EVERYBODY would have too agree that Android 13 would have an AMAZING advantage considering that it took all of the Z Fighters too defeat 13 and it only took Vegeta too beat 19. But all things considered when you look at this statistically all movie characters are 99.9% extremely crazy macho roided up mfs that a virtually indestructible until Goku goes ssj or some stupid ass power up.
