A Hostage To Remember

Chapter 6

I bit my thumb. The pressure was killing me.

I heard someone walk in. Jamie was surprisingly quiet. My face was pressed against hers. It was so cramped.

I heard him walk out.

"We can't leave. Terry, stay upstairs. Leo, come with me."

Dammit.

Jamie started tapping on the floor. "Jamie... stop! "

All the sudden I saw a light. Jamie found a flashlight. "My daddy has one some under his bed."

"Good....."

"My daddy also has a phone."

"Where?!"

"I don't know, in his room."

"I'm going to go look for it"

"No! Addy don't leave me..."

"Jamie I need to get the phone to call 911..."

"I can get it Addy don't leave I don't want you to die I think you are nice!"

"Jamie....please, just tell me where it is I won't die."

Jamie shined the flashlight to a small flip phone under. I slowly picked it up as I felt something cold and sticky. I ignored it and picked it up.

I opened it and dialed 911.

"Hello 911 what is your emergency?"

"Hi....im a hostage."

"A what?"

"A hostage"

"Okay, and is there anyone else with you?"

"A four year old"

"Okay, and how old are you?"

"14"

"Okay, and what is your name hon?"

"Addison Hill"

"And the four year old?"

Before I could say anything Jamie took the phone out of my hands.

"Jamie-Lee Gray"

She gave it back to me.

I heard footsteps.

"Someone is coming we have to go, dont call back."

I hung up and Jamie turned the flashlight off.

"Where the hell are you two..." said one guy.

I heard him grunt as he knelt down. I almost puked because he was looking right at me. I guess it was to dark because he didn't do anything.

"Hey Terry"

He stood back up. "What."

"Jay's all taken care of."

"What? You killed him? Thats my cousin you dumbass!"

"No! Just put him in his place...."

"Okay, fine. Just don't kill him, got it?"

"Whatever."

"Leo im being serious."

"Fine!"

"Thank you."

"So Uh....Addy..." Terry said.

"Who's that?"

"The hottie...."

"....the teenager?"

"Yep."

"Heh.... Terry's got a crush on teenagers."

"Maybe if we find her we can have a little fun..."

Leo laughed. "Dude....your screwed in the head. I ain't messing with a teenager sexually. Okay?"

"No I mean kill her."

"Crap."

"What.....you thought I was going..to....Oh my God Leo what the hell."

"It sounded sexual!"

"Your such a dumbass Leo."

They both walked out of the room. I can hear the police yelling mostly Terry's name. And Jay's.

Kill me?

Terry said he is going to kill me.

Jay's POV

I wanted to cry. The police yelling me and Terry's name. Its to much.

The most I can do is get away with stealing some cigarettes and candy.

Not a damn murder and hostage.

I don't have a clue where Addy and Jamie where.

Hope there safe. Leo beat me up pretty badly.

My face is bleeding. I have a huge cut on my arm. It hurts.

Then I realized. I can end all this.

Im going to turn myself in.
