Hello, how are you?

Who am I? Haha, I’ll be the one responsible for narrating the events of the tale you’re about to read. It’s a long story, I must say. But the best ones always are.

I have some questions for you: How is your emotional life going? Do you give in to your impulses? Or do you live feeling depressed and anxious? Perhaps you have traumas and interests that go beyond what people give you credit for?

Because this story, which I’ve been given the gift to narrate, carries the power of emotions — whether heightened or diminished. And I invite you to enter this adventure:

All I ask is that you step into it with an open mind. Shall we make a deal? Try to read without judging anyone until everything has been revealed. There are no heroes or villains — I dare you to hold on to that mindset until the end.

Because in this tale, those who bring destruction are just as important as those who restore. In this tale, I ask that you allow yourself to be there.

My job will be to narrate, and yours will be to listen. Let yourself listen, okay?
