Chapter 1

Intro

Hello my name is Lee Min Ji.
I am a lazy 17 year old girl...

My life is pretty much like a normal persons life would be. Eat, sleep, Kdrama and it repeats. Wait I also have a lot of tragic things that had happened in my life, like having no parents. So what happened was, my father left my mum because she was pregnant with me and my mum was in a car accident. There's also another tragic memory but I don't like to talk about it. At the moment I live with my grandparents. Ohh I am also an athlete, I pretty much run. I also learn martial arts for you know defending yourself from pedos. Oh yeah I can sing and dance. I know that's a lot for a little girl like me...

If you're wondering I do have friends well a best friend her name is Park Yu Jin. She's a kind of girl that likes to cheer people up and to see them smiling. If she doesn't see you smile she will keep on doing the most random/embarrassing things just to make you smile, trust me she doesn't give up... So that's why I chose to keep showing my happiness instead of my sadness. Tbh I haven't cried for years well I have from laughing but not the sad type. Ever since those days. Lets stop the introduction for now haha.

~Min Ji's POV

I woke up to my grandmother smacking me on the butt to wake me up.

I groaned loudly "What do you want grandma Ye Eun" I got up a stretched.

"We have neighbors moving in and I heard that they are in a band" she said. "You should go and send them a welcome gift with my homemade rice cakes" she smiled brightly and left my room.

"Wait what? Grandma Ye Eun I want some of your homemade rice cakes!!" I yelled and sighed. "Those brats next door are lucky" I muttered and then got out of my bed. I walked towards my mirror and crossed my arms.

"So they're in a band huh tsk" I laughed and got ready.

I wore a blue dress with a belt that has a cute little bow on it and tied my light natural brown hair up and clipped a big bow on. I put on light make up and ran downstairs. I saw my grandma making her amazing homemade rice cakes which she never makes that often and my grandpa watching a comedy show on t.v. I went and sat down at our a dinner table. I decided to have cereal while I wait for grandma Ye Eun to finish her special rice cakes. Once I finished my cereal, I got up and cleaned the dishes like a good girl would do. Afterwards my grandma was finally done making the rice cakes.

"Hey Min Ji come and do the presentations for the rice cakes, once you're done go send it to them" My grandma ordered. I looked at grandma and fluttered my eyes. She just looked at me like I was a psycho. "What do you want" sighed grandma

"Grandmaaaaa" I whined "Why don't you make rice cakes for me" I pouted.

"Omo when its your 18th birthday then I'll make 'em for you" she smiled "now do the presentation for my rice cakes and don't worry I saved some for you" she smacked me on the butt.

"ok ok ok" I exclaimed.

I walked towards the cupboard and brought out a nice baby blue box and a baby pink cloth. I put the cloth in the box and placed the box on the table. Then I picked up the tongs and slowly grabbed the rice cakes then placed them slowly into the box. After I put all the rice cakes in the box I ran upstairs and looked everywhere in my room for my box of letter paper. I checked under my bed, closet and draws. I sat on my bed and sighed. Where could a box possibly be? I laid down on my bed with my arms spread wide but then I saw something on top of my cupboard. It was the box. I quickly got up and reached for the box. I opened the box to look for a nice paper to write a 'welcome' message. I found a black one with cute little pigs on it. I sat at my desk and wrote a little note
