Jingyi wipes the tears that escape his eyes and looks at Jiang Cheng, then he wraps his arms around his neck sobbing loudly.

Jingyi: "More than anything in the world!.."

Jiang Cheng didn't know what to do, he's never been good at comforting anyone and he doesn't even know how to comfort his own future son.

Jiang Cheng sighed and hesitantly wrapped his arms around his son pulling him close.

Jiang Cheng: "Shh... I'm here now, and that's all that matters right now... focus on the now and then focus on the rest"

Jingyi pulled away and nods his head slightly, he wiped his eyes again trying not to cry anymore.

Jingyi: "It's just... I haven't seen you in so long, I missed you so much A-Niang, I'm scared when I can't see you. I wake up every night from nightmares because I'm scared of losing you... I hate father! And granduncle! Granduncle is the reason why I can't see you!! Granduncle said that you and father should get a divorce because he thinks you're a terrible person and... and!"

Jingyi nods and takes a deep breath and exhales slowly before continuing on with his story

Jingyi: "He said that you were going to take father down and make the Lan Caln fall with you and uncle Wei... when father told you about it, you asked him if he wanted to get a divorce... he didn't hesitate and said yes, granduncle said he only wanted me and my brother because we were both part of the Lan Family and he said Jiang Fang and Jiang Chyou were just like you and were just as crude and violent!, he said that Jiang Chyou and is basically like family and that Jiang Fang was just a spoiled brat, she's my big sister and she is actually so kind and sweet she's nothing like you or father she's just her own person!"

Jiang Cheng paused for a second trying to take everything in that Jingyi said, he was livid, he didn't know what to do or how to think.

Jiang Cheng: "He said what?!"

Even though Jiang Cheng didn't even know these kids, he was pissed that these kids went though shit because of his and Lan Xichen's trash parenting.

Wei Yang and Wei Wuxian went for a walk and just looked at the flowers and trees, Wei Yang liked nature more than anything but she couldn't help but look at Wei Wuxian.

Wei Wuxian: "What are you talking sunshine?"

He was so different from the A-Niang she knew in the future, he was nothing like she imagined him in the past.

Wei Yang: "Nothing A-Niang... Actually A-Niang"

Wei Wuxian looked at her and smiled softly.

She hesitated and looked at the ground before lifting her head and continued

She paused and looked at the ground with hesitation and then looked back up at him with a slight smile.
