Jingyi wipes the tears that escape his eyes and looks at Jiang Cheng, then he wraps his arms around his neck sobbing loudly

Jiang Cheng didn't know what to do, he's never been good at comforting anyone and he doesn't even know how to comfort his own future son

Jiang Cheng sighed and hesitantly wrapped his arms around his son pulling him close

Jiang Cheng: "Shh... I'm here now, and that's all that matters right now... focus on the now and then focus on the rest"

Jingyi pulled away and nods his head slightly, he wiped his eyes again trying not to cry anymore

Jingyi: "It's just... I haven't seen you in so long, I missed you so much Baba, I'm scared when I can't see you. I wake up every night from nightmares because I'm scared of losing you... I hate father! And granduncle! Granduncle is the reason why I can't see you!! Granduncle said that you and father should get a divorce because he thinks you're a terrible person and... and!"

Jiang Cheng: "hey, hey. Look at me... they don't matter right now, but I need you to take a deep breath in and exhale slowly"

Jingyi nods and takes a deep breath and exhales slowly before continuing on with his story

Jingyi: "He said that you were going to take father down and make the Lan Caln fall with you and uncle Wei... when father told you about it, you asked him if he wanted to get a divorce... he didn't hesitate and said yes, granduncle said he only wanted me and Jiang Chyou because we were both part of the Lan Family and he said Jiang Fang and Lan Haoran were just like you and were just as crude and violent! Even though granduncle wanted Lan Hong and Lan Bolin, he said that Jiang Chyou and is basically like family and that Lan Haoran was just a spoiled brat, he's my baby brother and he is actually so kind and sweet he's nothing like you or father he's just his own person!"

Jiang Cheng paused for a second trying to take everything in that Jingyi said, he was livid, he didn't know what to do or how to think

Jiang Cheng: "He said what?!"

Even though Jiang Cheng didn't even know these kids, he was pissed that these kids went though shit because of there trash parenting

Wei Yang and Wei Wuxian went for a walk and just looked at the flowers and trees, Wei Yang liked nature more then anything but she couldn't help but look at Wei Wuxian

He was so different from the Baba she knew in the future, he was nothing like she imagined him in the past

Wei Yang: "Baba.."

Wei Wuxian looked at her and smiled softly

Wei Wuxian: "Yes?"

She hesitated and looked at the ground before lifting her head and continued

Wei Yang: "You're nothing like I imagined..."

Wei Wuxian stop in his tracks and looked at her with a confused look

Wei Wuxian: "What do you mean?"

She paused and looked at the ground with hesitation and then looked back up at him with a slight smile

Wei Yang: ".. I mean, you look different..."

Wei Wuxian: "How different?..."

Wei Yang: "...I mean... You just don't look like what I thought you did"

Wei Wuxian was super confused now, he didn't know what to think. Maybe he changed or maybe he was just different after the divorce, but either way it must not be good.
