|Ryūnosuke Tanaka| [A Bumpy Ride Lemon]

The sun was blaring through the windows as I packed my bag. The volleyball team planned a trip to the beach to celebrate their matches and because I was one of the managers, I too will get to enjoy the rays of the sun, the golden sand and the calming waves as they crash-

"Y/N-CHAN! ARE YOU READYYY?? THE MINI-VAN IS HERE!" Tanaka's yelling was ringing in my ear, hurling me from my meditative state.

"HOLD ON." I shouted back. I had to double check I had everything a girl needed for the trip.

Sunscreen? Check. Sunglasses? Check. Towels? Check. Swim suit? Already wearing it ;) 

Great looks like I'm ready. As I turned to leave, I glanced in the mirror admiring my outfit. I wore a baby blue crop top and a white patterned skirt that ended halfway down my thigh. Nice and breathable! I didn't want to overheat in this weather so I also wore my hair in a high ponytail with a lavender scrunchie. I'm so ready for the sea!! I made sure to wear my swim suit underneath so I can just jump in! It was a two piece set with matching red polka d-

Tanaka suddenly burst into my room. "WE'RE GONNA GET LEFT BEHIND!!!" 

"KYAA! TANAKA YOU DUMBASS, DON'T JUST BARGE INTO A GIRL'S ROOM" I screamed. I bolted outside.

 Tanaka followed me outside holding the bag I left behind pouting "But we used to hang out in your room all the time when we were kids. And besides, it's just you anyways. Don't worry, you can barge into my room whenever you want!" He looked proud of himself coming up with that compromise.

I rolled my eyes and took my bag from my childhood friend and made my way to the mini-van where the rest of the team were waiting. It seemed like we were the last ones they were picking up.

Nishinoya popped his head out a window "Yo y/n-chan~ did you and Ryu fight again? I bet he did something stupid again BAHAHA." 

I glared at Tanaka. "Of course he did something stupid" 

Tanaka whimpered and boarded the van. As I went on to sit inside, I noticed that there were no more seats. Daichi-senpai realised the situation and apologised "Sorry y/n, I didn't think we would run out of room." He turned to the boys "Can one of you guys sit on the other's lap so that we have space for our dear manager?" 

Upon hearing this, the boys began groaning and arguing with each other. It seems like none of them wanted to perch themselves on another dude so before a riot started and before Daichi exploded, I spoke up "I can just sit on Tanaka, it's fine." 

Sugawara-senpai sighed in relief "Thank you y/n." 

I proceeded to squeeze past everyone because of course this idiot decided to sit in the back. 

"I swear if I hear one word about how heavy you think I am, I will knock your skull open." I warned him. "Got it ma'am" he trembled.

Now if you've ever sat at the back of a bus or a van, you know how much shakier the ride is. Every speed bump or rock we drive over is amplified by 100. 

"You're so stupid for picking the backseat. I swear if I get bruises from getting pushed into your bones, I'm gonna punch you." 

"H-How was I supposed to predict that you had to sit on me for the ride?" There was an unusual tremor in his voice and his breathing started to get heavier. "Why'd you pick me anyways?"

"Well duh, I've been friends with you the longest. I've practically known you since we were in diapers. Besides, it's just you anyways, who cares." 

"Right..." His breath started to tickle my ear. 

Another bump rocked me back into him

I turned my head to the right to talk to him "Ugh can you quit breathing in my ear?"
