I heard someone's car outside I thought it was Calum and my mom so we continued to watch the movie. We heard them open the door and when they came inside my mom looked at me and Luke

"Hi mom.."
"GO AWAY FROM MY DAUGHTER!" She said
"Mom calm down.."
"I didn't do anything I swear" Luke
said
"They are just friends" Calum said

My mom came closer and grabbed Luke's arm

"Mom please stop we were just watching a movie"
"You're never going to be close to my daughter ever again" She said and went outside with him

"Poor Luke.." Calum said
"Shut up" I said and laughed
"What should we do?" Calum asked
"I don't know let's hope my mom calms down and that he doesn't say anything stupid"

I couldn't hear them talking or my mom screaming I got a bit worried.
After a few minutes they opened the door

"So? What happened?" I asked
"He's leaving now" Mom said
"Seriously he's my friend mom"

She just looked at me

"You know what I'm leaving so bye" I said
"Where are you going?!" My mom asked
"Somewhere" I said and stormed out

I got so angry at her she just comes in and gets mad at Luke who does that?

I needed to calm down so I went to the park and enjoyed the sun

"Nina?" I heard someone say, I turned around and saw it was Michael
"Hi Mikey"
"What are you doing here?"
"I'm enjoying the sun and avoiding everyone"
"What happened?"
"My mom happened"

I told him what happened and he tried to convince me to go back home but I didn't want to

"Okay, but why are you mad at your mom shouldn't Luke be the one who is mad at her?"
"I don't know I'm just mad at her"
"You have to go back home we have been here a few hours and it's getting dark your mom is probably getting worried"
"Fine , but you're coming with me I'm not going alone"
"Sure"

We walked home and Michael kept smiling

"What?"
"Nothing" He said
"Why are you smiling so much then?"
"I'm not"
"Yes you are"
"Nooo"

I just rolled my eyes, we got to Calum's I knocked on the door but no one opened. Then I opened the door and no one was there the lights weren't on I couldn't almost see

We took off our jackets and shoes, then I switched on the lights

"SURPRISE!!" They all screamed
"What the hell?"
"Nina don't tell us you forgot your birthday.." My mom said
"Wait what? My birthday..?"
"Yupp she forgot" Luke said
"I'm confused, a lot, someone explain"
I said
"Okay, so we all planned to make a surprise birthday party for you, but we didn't know how to get you out of the house so your mom said the only way was to make you angry so we made you angry and well you know how and then when you stormed out we started fixing and stuff, then Michael came to you so you wouldn't be alone and now you're here" Luke said
"Wow really?" I said
"Yes" He said and laughed
"Wow I forgot my own birthday.."
"It's okay that happens" My mom said "So everything was an act?" I asked
"Yes" My mom said
"So when are we going to eat the cake?" Ashton asked

I got many hugs from people I didn't know I guess they were the idiots friends

"Luke can you come here" I asked
"Yeah"
"Was this your idea?"
"Yupp"
