Isaac's POV
Today has been a LONG day and im SOOOO tired
Dad came to pick me up and i nearly fell asleep in the car
"What we eating?"
"I think your mum is ordering pizza"
"Nahhh thts too unhealthy, i have to keep fit now tht im training this much"
"Trueee, i have a game on Saturday aswell"
"Can we go sainsburys so i can get a meal deal or something?"
"Yh sure"
When we got to sainsburys, me and dad got a prawn salad apple juice and a fruit bag. Healthy living ✌️
We got home and them lots were eating pizza
"Why yu eating that?" Aaliyah asked
"Coz i have to stay healthy now"
"And i have to get back to my fitness"

As soon as i finished eating, i went upstairs to have a cold shower and went on my phone for like the first time today

~ next day ~
Training again today but only for half a day which is calm. I woke up at 6 as normal and me and dad had breakfast and spoke about bpl (barclays premier league)
He dropped me to the academy and we started with a match. I made a few assists here and there and scored a goal. The ball curled right into the top left corner 😎👌

After that we went into a room full of Apple Macs and we watched back a few of our training drills and matches and wrote down in our chelsea note books where we can improve and that. When we done that, i got to go home.
Jordan says hes babysitting so he couldn't come my yard but Tyrell was gonna go home and shower and daht before coming over to mine.
When i got home i was greeted by Aaliyah and Rhea
I kissed Aaliyah's cheek and them Rhea's lips

"How was training today?"
"It was light" i said walking to the lift "give me 10-20 minutes"

I went to my room and had a shower and got changed into a plain white top and Riley shorts with Riley socks and my Riley slippers. I thought i lost my gold chain but remembered i put it in my bag. I took it out and clipped it around my neck and made my way back downstairs. The girls were watching TV and i was just about to join them but then the doorbell rang
"Kl?" I spudded Tyrell
"Kl"
We walked into the living room
"Hi Rhea, hi beautiful"
"Hey"
Tyrell sat next tot Aaliyah and then they kissed.
"Can you two our personal trainers?"
"Us?" I questioned "as in me and Tyrell"
"Mmmhmm"
"You two have to keep for now so you might aswell help us do it" Rhea shrugged

"Calm" Tyrell agreed
"Put on some gym clothes then"
"Rhea ive got a new Riley one you can have"

And the they went upstairs
Me and Tyrell went up to my gym and the girls came up shortly after

"Im still gonna throw in a few squats here and there" i shrugged

They started and me and Tyrell stood behind them, me behind Rhea and him behind Aaliyah and just pree'd

When they had done about 60 squats each they stopped
"Well done" me and Tyrell smiled
"Thanks" they both flicked their ponytails causing us to laugh
"Jump on this then" i said walking to the leg press
"You know how to use this?"

"Just checking, i don't want you breaking my shit"
They laughed and got on a leg press each. Me and Tyrell put the weight on 5kg and they did a couple presses. I moved it all the way to 20kg
"Fucking hell Isaac man! Do you think im hulk or something?!"
"Word up" Aaliyah added
I laughed and me and Tyrell put the weight back down to 6kg.
We made them do a couple more thinks like small weights and arm exercises.
"Whens next sessions?" Aaliyah asked
"After the match tomorrow"

"You guys have to eat healthy aswell yh?"
