"Kay, I can tell you a secret, right?" Jess muttered.
"That's a stupid question." Kay laughed and Jess rolled her eyes. Kay took a massive swig of her drink.
"I think I like Lee." Jess mumbles and Kay spits her drink everywhere.
Alex jumped as he felt water hit the back of his neck. He swore Kay had just spit it over him but he couldn't prove anything.
"You're kidding right?" He heard Kay squeal at Jess who just shook her head. "Have you asked him out?" She whispered and he watched as she shook her head and looked over at him. Alex wasn't sure if he had heard her right but he felt weird.
"Did you just hear Jess say she fancied Lee?" He leaned over and whispered to Tim, whose face fell. "Wait, do you like Jess?" Tim nodded and Alex sighed. Jess had asked him out once but he had said no. He kinda liked her now but he wasn't sure because although he was really amazing friends with her he couldn't shake the butterflies he had from when Kay spoke to him. He was confused. Was he falling for them both at the same time?
