Mylique & I: "Happy Birthday"!
The twins begin to cry, maybe waking them like that wasn't a good idea. Mylique grabs Abella (she's such a daddy's girl) and I grab Baby Eric.
We put them in their high chairs and feed them then prepare them for their big day when there is a knock at the door.
Me:"Baby can you get the door"?
Mylique:"Yeah, .... who is it?"
Starr: "Ya mama! , now open the door so I can hug my family"
Mylique: "Baeeee Starr is here"
Starr"He bro in law"
Mylique: "Hey, can you get Abella' s clothes on while I take this call?"
Starr:"Yeah I gotchu"
Mylique steps out and Starr comes is and greets us all and starts helping me dress the twins.
Me:"Who is he talking to on the phone?, he looks excited"
Starr:"I can't say in front of the twins but it's a present arrangement"
Twins: "PRESENT?"
Abella:"Mommy was it?, is a Barbie house?""
me:"I don't know"
Ej: "No stupid-
Me:"Apologize for saying stupid we don't say that"
Ej:"Sowwy Yogie"
Abella:"Is k Yogie"
Twins: "Mommy!!!!"
Me:"You'll find out later, now lets go"
We load the twins up, and go. Mylique said he was going to pick up the twins' gift. So he would catch up with us then.
We pull up to Monkey Business and the twins go FED , Monkey Business is an indoor inflatable play place, they have five big play courses & plenty of other things to do.
Twins: "Yaeeeeee"
The twins shoot out from behind my legs and run towards the door
Me:"Stop Running"
Starr:"Let them go their excited"
Me:"You right"
The twins eyes pop out of their head when they see the play room n hear everyone they know yell "SURPRISE"
Abella:"Princess Bella is heor"
Ej:"Lets get this potty started"
Everyone laughs my kids are such characters.
Everything is going well, Abella is taking pictures in her Princess Tiona costume with the rest of her friends dressed as Disney Princesses, and Ej was climbing the rock wall in his Spiderman costume when Mylique comes in with their present but he's not alone. He greets me with a kiss.
Mylique: "Hey babe"
Me:"Hey baby. ..... Why is he here?"
Mylique: "Baby let just-
Me:"No I said why is he here, you know how I feel about him. and he brought it"
Mylique: "You said you wanted family here"
Me: "Their family, not sperm donnor, & trick ainy"
Eric: "Baby let-
Mylique: "Hollup niggha you here for them, yall don't need to talk I got this, you should've did that when you had the chance play boy, now back up"
I must say the way the way Mylique handled Eric turned me on and made me smile because I was assured that if anything happened, Mylique was gone be in that ass.
Me:"Fine you can stay but don't start shit won't be shit, Kia bring yo fake ass over here and let me see my niece, you still my sister and I still love you BITCH! "
Kia: "Blood is thicker than water? "
Me:"Even after it dissolves, gimmie some"
We hug it out and I must say it feels good to speak to my bestfriend again, my sister,kids,and boyfriend is all I have in this world and Eric wasn't messing that up.
Me:"Hey cutie patootie"
I bounce my niece Anylah (Uh-ny-luh) on my lap. Yep that's curry's baby, she looked just like Starr and her mom.
Kia:"Girl can you watch her for me I'm bouta go get her diaper bag from the car I'll be back"
Me:"Ok we bouta cut the cake so we'll be in the party room"
I didn't realize that when Kia walked that Eric slipped out behind her. Something was about to set me off, I knew it because Nylah's bag was right next to her and it was pretty big. Damn were they going camping orsum. I paid no mind though I missed holding my babies like this so I smiled and kept it moving
Me:"Alright lets cut the cake"

40 kids came running at me full speed.
Mylique: "Freeze!"
They all stop, a few fall and I crack up. Mylique has this party-planning-dad thing down great.
Mylique: "Everyone Walk"
The children do as told and when I hear whimpering in the corner and turn to see Abella in the corner so I go to her to se what's the matter

Abella: " Baba hana upendo mimi"
I couldn't believe what I was hearing, the fact that she even thought that pissed me off.
Me:" Mbona kujisikia njia hii?"
Abella:" Alisema yeye hataki mimi au Ej kwa sababu hatuna maana chochote kwake tena"
Me:"Baby Look you are beautiful and you are very smart, and it's ok because you have Daddy Lique (Mylique) he loves you and mommy loves you ok? , so pick your head up princess your tiara is falling, mommy wants to cry sometimes too. but I don't because I'm strong.Are you strong? "
Abella: "Yes mommy"
Me:"Then Cheer up, Chin up, its time to bring your happy attitude, its your day now lets go cut the cake, daddy, Ej, and everyone we know is waiting for you."
I finally get Abella to come cut the cake. and while the children are eating I pull Mylique to the side and tell him what happened, and I feel his heart beat as I hold him in the chest trying to push him back. when the twins run and tug on our clothes pointing to the two big boxes in the corner and bags on the table. O guess its present time.
We spend three hours on gifts. I then finally got to the big boxes, The twins spend no time ripping off the wrapping paper, and Bella almost passes out, she got my dramatic attitude. And Ej jumps on a chair and yells "Ohhhh Yeaaaahhhh" would you believe me if I said they don't drink Kool-Aid (inside joke) .
Bella : "Tank you daddy, this is the bestest birthday present EBER I lobe you a whole lotta much"
Ej:"Lobe u daddy"
I could see the tears in Mylique's eyes when he says "I love you too".
I cry a bit because I realize that God has blessed me with a beautiful family ; my kids, my boyfriend, my friends, and everything that I have and just the opportunity to be able to live another day.
We take pictures, pack up and end the party the twins and all of their friends were wore out, so I handed the goody bags to their parents, Starr took Anylah because her mama wanted to see her grandchild, she will bring her back tomorrow . I must give Mylique and I credit, we threw a great party. I think I'm ready to spend my life with this man. But college first, I''ve finished my highschool years and graduated early. Now on to the big stuff. I look over at Mylique and see the anger in his face, Eric has not gotten away with what he did. It was just the beginning
