Chapter 8: Apologies and Streaming

~Preston's POV~

I had just finished apologizing to Mitch for being so rude and salty, he forgave me with ease, claiming that "Feelings just do that to you". Which I didn't really understand the meaning for.

My knuckles hit the door in front of me twice before it opened to reveal Autumn. Her silvery gray eyes glared at me and regret washed over me once again.

I let out a sigh, "I'm sorry Autumn, I over reacted about everything. I just don't want to see you get hurt, but I know Mitch wouldn't do anything."

She studied my expression trying to decide on her response, "Yeah, well you did over react. Preston, I can handle myself, I know who not to trust. But I'll forgive you Pleb." Autumn smiled slightly.

I released the breath I had been holding in and tugged the brunette into warm hug, nuzzling my face into her neck to replicate the hug from Minecon. Her giggle was muffled against my chest before we pulled away, staring at each other. I couldn't resist the urge to lean in, hesitantly trying to close the space between us. But she seemed to just stand there, frozen, not making eye contact with me, but to someone behind me. A cough erupted, but not from us, and it caused me to jump away from Autumn. I spun on my heel to see Rob standing there with a smirk.

"Sorry to interuppt... But the pizza just arrived so you best get down there before it's gone." He stated with a cheeky wink.

~Rob's POV~

The boys looked at me expectantly when I entered the kitchen, all smirking in question.

"He was about to make a move." I exclaimed happily.

"Finally!" Lachlan said, chewing on a piece of pizza.

"But you ruined it?" Jerome frowned, disappointed.

I nodded and everyone facepalmed as the two entered to room to claim some pizza, both blushing slightly. Hehe... They're so cute.

~Autumn's POV~

All eyes were on us, almost attempting to look into our souls. A pink shade of blush heated my face, making to urge to leave grow. I quickly latched my hand onto my pizza slice and hurried out and up back to my room.

I had promised my fans a stream of my modded survival, which I'm doing recordings of for YouTube. I slipped my Kraken Chroma headset on and set up the livestream, adjusting the screen and audio. A couple hundred viewers immediately appeared in the chat, guess they have me notifications.

"Heyo Leafies, welcome to the stream or the YouTube video!" I greeted, checking my webcam settings.

Everyone was typing quickly, the chat zooming past before I could read. The bot was already giving warnings and timing people out causing me to laugh. I noticed some fellow Pack members watching the stream.

"So, this stream is mainly based on my modded survival. This will be up on YouTube by tomorrow, hopefully..."

I sprung into action as soon as I logged in, recapping last episode's discoveries and events. Time flew past very fast, I glanced at the time on my Mac and saw that it was already 2am. I've been streaming for 5 and a half hours!

"Alright guys, I'm going to end the stream here. I hope you enjoyed it, we got a lot accomplished! I will see you guys next time!" I blew a kiss at my webcam and stopped the stream and recording software.

Now I have about five videos to render tomorrow, due to each being around 30 minutes long. Yawning quietly, I changed into an oversized LeafyGaming top and released my legs from my jeans. After brushing my teeth and preparing for bed, I knocked on Preston's door, knowing he was still awake.

He tiredly opened it with a lazy smile, "Nice stream tonight." He complimented.

I nodded thankfully, "Thanks. I just wanted to come say goodnight, so... Goodnight!" I turned to walk away.

"What about my goodnight hug?" Preston whispered with a pout.

Rolling my eyes, I came back and wrapped my arms around his neck. He pulled me close and gave me a kiss on the forehead before retracting with a playful smirk.

"Sweet dreams Autumn." He murmured, shutting his door.

On the short trip back to my room, I rubbed my forehead in awe. Did he really just do that? Oh man... I need some sleep.
